"Very friendly staff and a nice quiet location out of the hub of the city but still close enough to all the essentials. Very affordable rate and very clean."

Not a dislike but lack of a fridge and safe. Especially a safe would be helpful in the room. It was also strange to not have a blanket/duvet ready on the bed. Upon request, a blanket was brought.

The location has always been the A++ of this place as it is on top of the shopping mall. The apartments had everything we might need. "The location on seven mile beach itself is super convenient. Great breakfast across the street at Coconut Joes. Several restaurants within a few minute walk or a two minute drive. Takes less than two minutes to walk to the ocean. There isn’t much of a beach at the end of the road, but just a couple minutes up the street and you’re at a Sandy Beach. The unit was super clean. Had everything you need. The pool and hot tub area are great."

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"I did not use the nice little grill cafe that caters the breakfast, but had a look and it was very local in a pleasant way. the key to a good stay is to to have Johnny´s telephone number. Johnny is the owner, he is well spoken in English and is very helpful. Most taxi drivers do not speak much English so take a picture of Pensao Benfica around the corner. Everybody knows the place, being the name of a the renowned football club. No more explanations needed"

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

"It was super easy to access even when no one was on premises. They have a system to give people access to the place after check out . This is very convenient when your flight is in the evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view is amazing!"

There was certainly plenty for all tastes. the location of the breakfast food was easy to access, with a great choice of where to sit and eat both under cover outside or within the dining room."

The room was a bit too small. I'd say it's ok for one person, but for two people and a dog was a bit too small maybe, bed is on a small size as well, only one blanket.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون
