Location: far away from major attractions, bad road on the route. No shops around. Credit card payment wasn’t working at the time of checkout. Food and drinks are extremely expensive and too simple (no realistic alternatives since it is in the middle of nowhere; bottle of water 3.5 times more expensive then in the town and 1.75 times more expensive than in the airport). No a/c. No windows in the room. Quite rustic. Hordes of mosquitoes. Very strict check out time at 10:00am.

There was no trash can in the bathroom.

"The apartment (2 bedroom 2 bathroom) was super comfortable, clean and spacious.The location was great - a short walk to all famous places in and around the Old Town. Different supermarkets in area. We didn’t cook but it was handy to buy some snacks/ milk / wine. There are great restaurants in the area . Close to tram/ metro which we didn’t use this time. Very nice to get clean towels and have garbage taken out. Coffee and tea was refilled every morning.Xennia and Rose who work at the reception were very friendly and answered all our questions. We arrived early and were let into apartment immediately. We will be back to this beautiful historic house ."

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"Our second stay at Mer can story. Fabulous location. Nice spacious rooms, small kitchen area so we could prepare breakfast and eat on our balcony. The staff are kind and helpful. During local power cut this property had a generator. We will choose this hotel again"

"The best thing of this apartment is the proximity to the beach. It has all the commodities you might need for 2 people, you can even cook there."

The room was rather small and it's confusing how you need to take out the garbage, The bins do not work without a card, the owner didn't explain how to do it. I stayed there with my husband and there were 2 separate mattresses put together, and that was a bit uncomfortable. The owners could also add some beach equipment for their guests, like a chair, towels or something for the wind, since it can get really windy there.

"Just like having your very own apartment. Large, clean and spacious with good HVAC and a kind, friendly hopeful staff. So full of smiles and good information. I really loved my stay here, and would gladly come back again."

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and luggage storage was easy. The room felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Plenty of space, and both the bed and couch were very comfortable. The staff was also incredibly friendly."

The in-room amenities were a bit sparse compared to what I expected. The WiFi was honestly very poor, which is a drawback for a place that markets itself to a coworking crowd. Also, I was charged 50% to add an extra guest despite it being a full apartment. I paid it without issue, but if I’d booked for two guests from the start, the price difference would have been negligible, if anything, so that policy felt a little off.

"The location is close to the subway and JR train, an near a supermarket. We stayed for 5 nights and someone came to clean the bathrooms and living room area mid-way through our stay which was fantastic. But best of all, the owner Mamo-san was exceptional. My brother’s baby who was traveling with us assisted them to the clinic and even finding medicine. Even after we checked out and found we left something, he was willing to have it shipped to us. He went above and beyond. I was going to give a perfect score just for the place itself but if i could give more for the service, I would!"

"The host picked me up at the store and the store is only a five minute walk her place is off the main highway so you just have to stand on the side of the road to catch a bus was a comfortable little cabin for your own"

"The loft was nice. I wish there were vacuums on the island, but I understand they re rare there. The beach there wasn't accessible, which I wasn't aware of when I booked. Apparently you can visit the beach at Marriott, but I wasn't aware of that. The over all, home stay loft was great for my family. I'd stay again, if I ever visit again."

"The apartment was absolutely lovely, very modern, with many amenities. Miss Margaret was so helpful, and she bakes the most delicious bread. The location is only minutes from the ferry dock and the main street in Clifton. A good place to stay on Union Island."

"Excellent breakfast, many options. Reasonable prices, all beverages at the bar are the same price, except mixed drinks. The room is great! Clean, beautiful white towels, great shower, toilet and sink."
