We traded oceanfront for the luscious garden, relaxed and quiet atmosphere and boutique feel at Paradera and didn't regret it for a second. Our two bedroom was perfect for my husband and me, and our 5 year old. The pool was a hit, and so was Mambo the resident dog. Our hosts thought of *everything* from the app full of information and amenities, to restaurant and beach recommendations. Would 10/10 return and recommend."

The room was rather small and it's confusing how you need to take out the garbage, The bins do not work without a card, the owner didn't explain how to do it. I stayed there with my husband and there were 2 separate mattresses put together, and that was a bit uncomfortable. The owners could also add some beach equipment for their guests, like a chair, towels or something for the wind, since it can get really windy there.

Nothing! Can’t wait to come back

"Location was great. Room size was great. In service laundry was great. Everything was good that was needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was good and the staff was wonderful. The security always greeted me and it was nice."

The rooms are outdated and sometimes have little critters. The neighborhood at night is not child friendly with so many escorts around. The water in the bathroom is brown probably due to old pipes but unable to take a bath due to it being brown. The fridge stop working at one point but somehow fixed it. There are no electrical outlets near the desk at the windows unless it’s behind the tv.

"Location is central to interesting things to walk to in the city center. Room is huge, I was alone in a room that could take 8 people. Staff was flexible on my 10pm arrival time and leaving bags in the room after checkout."

Mattress was rock hard. Cold water was boiling hot, unable to take a full shower even after staff member adjusted water pipes.

"We arrived with friends, quickly found the hotel, asked the reception for the floor and went up We were met quite quickly and dealt with the registration in a couple of minutes, after which they gave the keys and we got into the room The room was clean, comfortable, everything we needed, we all enjoyed our stay in it"

The room was not the one with rock stars, but it was not critical for us, although it would be a nice bonus

The range, allowing for in-room cooking, really helps to save on eating out all the time. The room was clean, and staff was great - they were always seen cleaning somewhere on the property. Walking distance to anywhere downtown keep you from blowing cab fares to boot. Would easily stay here again."

The pool was a bit murky, and there was construction noise during the day from a massive new build going up nearby, (which will mess with some of the view.)

There was nothing to dislike staying at this property, possibly, the best place I have traveled to, I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The pools are a little small but the resort isn’t too big so they were not overly busy, they have cushions on the sun lounges so they were quite uncomfortable.

"We loved the unique location; watching the planes was a cool experience and the noise didn't bother us one bit. The apartment was clean with a great Caribbean vibe, and we really appreciated being within walking distance of the beach bars and our friendly host."

There isn't anything to complain about, though there were a few mosquitoes in the evening (which is the case at every place), so bring some bug spray.
