Condo Hotels in Oman

"Very close to the beatch. nice outdoor pool with slides. nice garden (helps when its very hot). Clean beatch compared with neighbours. Kids playground"

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

"El apartamento fue hermoso muy limpio y recomendable al 100%"

"Beautiful location; wonderful condo to stay in. Loved it."

Far from airport but no complaints

"Beautiful original palace from 19th Century, surrounded by an old park and overlooking the lake. The views are stunning. Very good breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. We also like an allowance for the Aqua Park. Getting there was easy and the hotel has a spacious parking lot."

I'd expect to have a small tea / coffee station at the room.

"Great location. Lived being in St George’s with easy access to restaurants and snorkeling"

"St John is a beautiful Island. This condo was clean, comfortable and enjoyed the balcony out back."

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

"The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Right on the beach, near restaurants, bakery and convenience store, plenty of space for a family"

No cleaning service, no mosquito screens on the windows

"Marie was absolutely amazing. The local housekeeper was awesome too. Never had such a great experience at a booking.com location"

Not close to a place to eat. Need a car or taxi

"They have ample parking spaces. Although during our stay it was snowing, they always took care of the driveway and parking spaces. The host was very friendly and helpful."

WiFi is only available in the lobby. While this is stated in advance I do consider that in 2026 there is little reason not to buy a couple of additional access points to cover the rooms. This was particularly annoying since our room did not have proper cell signal so we couldn’t use the data plan either. There is a sauna place which is great, and it functions with prior 1 hour slot booking. But there are no sufficient notices on the door and no keys. So either keep the sauna open for everyone, or get some sort of key in place. It’s not comfortable asking other people who enter to go away because you booked the sauna.

"The Hotel staff is wonderful, very helpfull and friendly. Good value for your money. Breakfasst is good and varied and overall satisfied will keep staying there while in Medida .."

All good

"There is an airport bus stop right in front of the apartment building"

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. This is my fourth time of staying there

"Super clean Interior design amazing Staff super friendly and helpful all the time"

Taxi system in the country

"Room was perfect, clean, comfortable and well located. The sharing kitchen is a big plus."

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

Nada, sólo que el edificio está casi vacío.

"The hosts were so helpful and accommodating! They went so far above and beyond to make our vacation amazing. The property is beautiful, the food was fantastic, and all of the staff were warm and pleasant."

"very good location. the room is nice and clean; the pool area is nice and has a nice view"

Housekeeper will come only once a week which can make the room get pretty messy

"Location was great. Close to supermarkets, parks etc"

"Overall, a really nice stay and a good value for the location. Being connected to the hostel next door was surprisingly convenient. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and luggage storage was easy. The room felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Plenty of space, and both the bed and couch were very comfortable. The staff was also incredibly friendly."

The in-room amenities were a bit sparse compared to what I expected. The WiFi was honestly very poor, which is a drawback for a place that markets itself to a coworking crowd. Also, I was charged 50% to add an extra guest despite it being a full apartment. I paid it without issue, but if I’d booked for two guests from the start, the price difference would have been negligible, if anything, so that policy felt a little off.

"Finally some place with working AC, liked it very much. Nice place."

"The apartment is amazing. It has everything and it's in perfect shape. It's about 7 minutes walk to the lake. A lot of free parking. Anna who welcomed us was very kind and helpful."

It would be nice if it could be added a washing machine.

"Good value for the price, well equipped apartments."

"Ottima la posizione, bellissima location proprietario e personale sempre attento e disponibile ad ogni richiesta Consigliatissimo"

"The compound was super nice and the view was amazing"

The cleanliness of the apartment itself was so bad. The sheets weren’t clean, the pillows didn’t have covers, the kitchen top was filled with spilled oil, the couch was half broken, there were mosquitoes everywhere and generally the entire place was very difficult to find comfy

"Room was perfect, clean, comfortable and well located. The sharing kitchen is a big plus."

"We ordered breakfast on short notice but nonetheless, got extra efficient service"

"The flat had gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony, what a scene to wake up to! The flat was very clean, the water pressure was strong and the bed was comfortable! The caretaker was such a lovely lady and even gave us a parting gift of homemade walnut liqueur!!"

Wish it was closer to the city center

"The house is very beautiful. Location is great and in a calm place. Kitchen is very well equipped, if you like to cook yourself."

Me and few other people staying in other rooms did not recieve info about code or room numbers, but hopefully the code message has been fixed by now :)

"It is clean, well located, the family that runs it is nice."

"We had a wonderful stay at Almost Paradise. The host was very friendly and generous with her time, sharing stories about the island and making us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. Bonus points for the friendly cat"
