My gf slip and fell in the pool as the frame drain cover was broken in the middle.

"The buffet was amazing for both breakfast and dinner, the bed was huge and we slept like babies. We arrived at the hotel at 6AM and they were kind enough to check us in around 10AM free of charge."

We stayed in Doha during Ramadan and the hotel’s policy was not to serve drinks or eat outdoors until sunset. The staff was extremely polite about that, but for us, as tourists it was a bit unpleasant not to be able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace, in the warm sun.

"Excellent location, right in the middle of everything! Beautiful room with tasteful decor and very comfortable bed, and the balcony was lovely - roomy enough to sit on and the castle view was beautiful. Definitely recommend the upgrade. Good shower with large, fluffy towels - not something you see in many hotels. I appreciated the vegan options at breakfast - in addition to the usual stuff, there were hot dishes like soy patties, rosti, sauteed vegetables, and beans. Everything is clearly marked with allergens so it's easy to see what's vegan."

I would have liked to see some vegan options on the hotel restaurant menu and/or room service. There were a couple of nights when I didn't feel like going out but there was really nothing, so I ended up ordering on Wolt.

"The hotel is located right next to the Cathedral of Maputo. WiFi connection was stable and good quality. Breakfast was included and had a variety of choices. The receptionist Mr. Ibraimo Lai was amazing: he was very professional and helpful. We booked a basic room, and we asked if he could assign a room at higher floor, and he ended up upgraded us to a suite room, which has the best view of the city. If one day we come back to Pestana Rovuma, he will be one of the factors."

"Nice property with plenty of area to hang out. Great breakfast. Service was good and hotel was accommodating. While private party was happening until 4am, hotel had moved us to opposite side of the hotel. Sounds from the party were minimal and not an issue!"

Could use some minor upkeep in the external area but the place is in good shape overall

"The space was lovely (first floor room with street view), the street pretty quiet. Room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. The location was excellent - we were able to walk to many, many places conveniently. Train stops are close by as well as pubs and shops. Highly recommend!"

As we were on the ground floor, next to the stairs, we did hear a bit of noise from upstairs neighbors and their coming and going, as well as folks walking the sidewalk outside, but truly not a deal-breaker.

We did not have hot water the first night. The second day it came, but it was always either very hot or very cold.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"Easy walk to attractions. Beautiful , well kept hotel with spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent strong shower. Breakfast included and it was delicious. Great dinner with live entertainment Staff were very friendly"

The Pullman is getting ever more expensive and the quality of services is not reflected in the price. Also I had to shorten my trip and changing my booking was a challenge.

"I was very surprised to see how clean the room was. Beds wete extremely comfortable, big and nice pillows. It was quiet, great selection for breakfast. Amazing price to quality ratio."

The bathroom was cold in the morning but that is really a minor thing.

Bed and pillows, especially pillows should be updated or provided with options. I ended up not sleeping most of the night. Plus there is a club next to the hotel and although I understand it is not their fault, it needs to be addressed. For the money we paid, it cannot be that sleep, which is the most important thing when staying in a hotel, is not comfortable.

"Paradise Beach hotel location was perfect. Right on the beach .close to the airport and Kingston. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which was great. Service was awesome and employees are courteous and helpful. Geraldine in customer service is the best .very friendly and helpful me tremendously ."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"I was in Atlas Hotel. It’s really great. - The hotel provides 24 hours coffee, tea and water. It helps a lot when the weather changes. - The staffs are so nice and always willing to help. They speak English fluently. - The room is clean. Worth for money. - The location is close to the airport. Very easy to get there. I recommend to book this hotel when you are searching for the place to stay in Dushanbe."

"The location and the pool. There sauna is not working anymore and that’s sad because they used to have a nice spa. I learned that you can still book a massage. I like that they keep the parking free for costumers! Please do not change that."

Some details need to be changed, seams old. The shower was small for my husband and there was only one bottle of water inside the friedge ( we booked for 2 people). They charge me a security fee but there is nothing inside the room to eat. All those things are wired.

My unit needed softer pillows! Maybe just a few different types, usually I travel with my own so maybe that’s the easiest solution!

"Very good location, in the city center. The check in was super easy and fast, all digital. Practical when you arrive late. The building is an old prison restructured in a hotel, it was interesting to see and experience."

The size of the room we had, was a bit smaller as imagined.

"Love Esch sur sure. Hotel had a great vibe, lots of old world charm, the 2 mannequins are both a bit freaky and funny. Odd item to come across . Chatty nice staff. Sauna & steam a welcome thing to visit after a long drive."

Breakfast room a little confusing as no one about to to ask where things were. In a different room and a bit here & there.

"Nice and secure hotel with good restaurant and good included breakfast. Very good wifi and generator starts within seconds of a power break. TV and fridge in room. Some staff speak English. 20 minutes walk to the centre. Pool looked nice."
