"On arrival 'Grandad' greeted us with a smile and a cup of 'ginger tea' 😊 The location is peaceful and on the edge of the forest. Only 15mins walking to seven eleven, shops, etc. The room was comfy and clean. Good value too. Bed was super comfy soft to firm! Easy to safely store our bicycles 🚴🚴 A great place to visit and Grandad may also show you around his collection of antiques. HIGHLY recommended 👌"

"This place is so charming and having a kitchen and fireplace made it very nice."

The bed is a bit too firm for me, it that is personal preference.

"Lovely area, close to a river walk and around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Buncrana. Lidl and Aldi are a 2-minute drive away. The apartment had everything we needed. Very cosy and clean. The host had kindly left us wheaten bread and some milk. A lovely lady ❤️"

"It was so homely and comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. I loved that it was far enough away from Zrce beach but close enough for a cheap uber, allowing us to be in the heart of the real croatia. the beach was so close and was so beautiful and secluded and we all really enjoyed ourselves! It was really easy to use all of the facilities like the job and microwave and shower and we were able to get on with daily activities as usual."

"Clean and comfortable. We ended up with a 2 bedroom unit so did not have the apartment relating to the pictures. The communication was good, the place was quite nice and worked well for a quick overnight on our way through."

After we booked the one bedroom apartment and had confirmation for our 4 person family the host messaged to say the apartment was better for 2-3 people and they have a larger 2 bedroom/ 3 bed unit that may work better. I thought that was a nice complimentary gesture until they messaged to say it was going to be double the price. I replied that we would just stay in the original one bedroom (listing says up to 4 people) as our boys were happy to sleep on the hide-a-beds as per the listing description. She then confessed that actually the room we booked was not available, so then offered a much lower price to accommodate us. We still paid more than originally planned however it was later in the day and did not want to start a search over again. The place ended up fine, good value, was clean/ comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We just felt that the host should have been honest upfront rather than seeing if we would pay double first…

"The host was fantastic. The pool was excellent. The apartment was clean and well appointed."

"Perfectly located in the small town of Matmata. The room was big with two bedrooms and a lounge. It had a restaurant but didn’t serve alcohol. We could park the car off the road. It was inexpensive so we didn’t expect much, but were pleasantly surprised."

The room was a bit cold (it was January) but the owner went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. There wasn’t much to dislike

Možná by mohlo být lepší vybavení kuchyně, přeci jen klasický litinový vařič už není úplně ideální zejména pro lidi, co běžně používají indukci.

"A lovely island of peace and tranquility in an otherwise busy Moroni. If it’s available on your dates, you’re in luck—don’t hesitate. This is by far the best you can get in this price category in the area. It’s a family-run guesthouse, and the owners do a great job maintaining a high standard, with uninterrupted water, electricity, and internet, which is not a given on the island. The décor is very attractive, especially in the restaurant area—you’ll be amazed."

"Exceptionnel !! Franchement rien à dire du côté de l'appartement. Tout était propre, le linge de lit, les serviettes. Un grand bravo. On a pu profiter du balcon pour le petit déjeuner, vraiment super!! 👍"

Seul petit bémol, pas du tout de commerce à proximité. Et si en plus vous n'êtes pas véhiculé sachez qu'il n'y a pas de bus en bas de la résidence où même quelques pas plus loin. Pour le premier jour, le papa du propriétaire qui était véhiculé nous a emmener jusqu'à une supérette. Un grand merci pour ce Monsieur. Qu'Allah le récompense pour son aide si précieuse. Le deuxième jour, pour le pain et viennoiseries, j'ai pris mon courage à deux mains. Heureusement, je suis une bonne randonneuse ce qui.n'est pas le cas de ma fille qui est restée bien tranquillement à m'attendre. La veinarde !! Malgré ce petit inconvénient, j'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement que je RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT pour les marcheurs.

"The sea view from our room was stunning, the king-sized bed very comfortable. We could hear the ocean from our room, which was very relaxing. Everything was neat and clean, beautifully decorated Guest house. Wi-Fi signal gladly very strong."

"That the owner responded to my phone call to let me know that the studio is not up for rent yet. By doing so, she saved me a trip to Bequia without à place to stay."

That Booking.com is proposing a property which is not available before April 2026. By doing so, I could have ended up on the island of Bequia on a Sunday night with nowhere to sleep.

"Super clean. The hostess (Sizzie) is very knowledgeable, kind and clear. She gave me really good, honest advice for my airport pick up & sightseeing. The property is a good walk from the Falls but doable. More importantly, it is just 1 km from Pick'n'Pay (supermarket) and Nando's (roasted chicken) so that took care of things for me. The room has a fridge and I could use the kitchen (and living room). The TV channels were basic but worked. Really a good room just outside Victoria Falls. I slept really well. No need for AC, just fan. I really liked the place which has a small pool, too."

The place could use a sign outside and some African art decoration inside.

"Elise and her dad went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Unit very clean and modern. They would come and clean the room with new linen and take out the trash. They even did my laundry before returning home. The monkeys would come on a daily basis adding to the adventure. Very close to the beach and can hear the waves pounding. Also have surf lessons available and either a golf cart or scooter rentals very close by. We saw allot of local wild life as well. They can also arrange a pick up to and from the airport. Highly recommended! They even have a parrot that talks. 🤙🏼🏄🏽‍♂️😎"

Not much to be honest, TV would have been nice for the evenings. No AC but didn’t need it during the wet season. Dont know about the summer months.

"Das Haus war sehr schön dekoriert, voll ausgestattet, sauber. Preis war top für die ganze Ausstattung. Eine Wäscherei war vor Ort vorhanden. Der Check-in lief reibungslos."

Nach der Bitumen mußten wir ungefähr 500m in einer nicht bitumierte Straße. Leider sind nicht alle Straßen in Yaoundé mit Bitumen

the bed was kind of uncomfortable, I don't think there was heat as I was cold. The tv was a little small.
