Bed and Breakfasts in the Netherlands

"Great views, right on the water. Loved the subtle morning music with breakfast! Hosts were great, were very helpful even though they were a bit under the weather."

What didn't we like about the place? Hmm. If we have to think about it, then what is the point? Place was great!

"I spent a wonderful week at The Octopus Tropical Oasis. I had the flamingo cabin behind the pool with a double bed and an outdoor shower. There is a communal kitchen, a small deck and a hammock in a tropical garden. The pool is very nice and the area is very quiet. It is a 3 mn walk to Playa Wachi, 15 mn from Boca Sami beach and another 30 mn hike from there to Kokomo beach. I painted a mural for the owners over 3 days."

Bring mosquito spray as there are lots of mosquitoes from 5 pm to 7 am even with the mosquito net around the bed. I walked a lot as I did not rent a car. There are local buses though.

"The stay was very good for the price. The room was modern, clean, and well maintained, and it felt new and equipped. The bed was large and comfortable, which made sleeping easy and restful. The room had its own private bathroom and toilet, both modern and in good condition. Cleanliness was fully satisfactory, and the overall impression of the room was contemporary and well organized. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is also very good — close to the city center, yet quiet enough at night with no disturbing noise."

There were no major negatives. The only small inconvenience was that card payment was not possible, but this was not really a problem because there is an ATM close to the property.

"Everything was excellent. The place was very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with eggs, cheese, and a very generous portion. The location is perfect, as the accommodation is right on the ski slope."

Breakfast included in accommodation bill. Propose something funny and show to clients especially foreigners touristic places .

"Had to call for the airport shuttle which cost 5 usd which is $1000 gt dollors which we had booked with the room . NO BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE .you could take a bus right in front of the apartment to go town which is cheaper at 100 gt dollors (than calling a taxi which will cost you 900 gt dollors )one way ) Over all my stay was good rain fall all day which made our first day a challenge but was ok as we did go to town and walked around we asked question people was very helpfull .we took the bus back on regent street going to (camville on garnet street )which drop us back in front of the apartment ."

The rooms did not have A/C which I don’t think is needed most of the time, but we went during a heat spell and the fans only did so much. We had to keep the door open all night, which is a safety concern for some people.

The air conditioning was rationed a bit much

"Our stay at La Atrevida was truly wonderful. The hotel is charming, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are stylish and very comfortable, and everything is always spotless and well organized. Andrea and Mario are incredibly attentive and present throughout the stay, taking care of every detail with genuine warmth and dedication. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. "Lovely property and warm hospitality from Veron and Melania. We were only able to stay for a few hours during a New Year’s Eve layover, but we had a wonderful evening with the hosts and other travelers. We hope to be back in the near future."

"The Manager handled EVERYTHING for me from car rental, directions to my many inquiries, set up a massage appointment for me...ECT, from the moment I landed on the island until I got on the plane to leave 🏝️I could not have been happier than with these people & this location! It was perfect for exploring the East side beaches and restaurants of the Island from & and just few minutes from the airport but you never heard planes flying over that area!. Car Needed!!"

Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

"Breakfast was more than a simple continental breakfast. You have choice of eggs, homemade yogurt, cereals and freshly baked baguette. Dinner was also good with local cooking. Just 10 mins drive from the airport. Isabelle is warm and we enjoy the company of the dogs :-)"

"Everything was all right. The room was sparkling clean. There are several options for the breakfast. The massage was all right, not the best, but still good. The drinks in the minibar were not expensive (paid around 15 euros for a wine and 2 coca-cola). The personal was very nice, but not everyone speaks english."

I didn't like the breakfast. The jacuzzi was not working, so we had to cancel the spa reservation. They let us know the same morning when we arrived there.
