"We stayed at the MonarC Hotel twice at the beginning and end of our Albania experience. It is a large, fairly centrally located hotel. We were able to walk from there to most of the sights we wanted to see. Both times our room was quite large with lots of space for luggage, etc. The bathrooms are well appointed, though the first bathroom had a giant jacuzzi tub with a rain shower so the water splashed a bit. The second time there was again a rain shower, but in a shower stall. There are a couple of steps to get into the hotel, otherwise there is an elevator."

"It's my first time in Albania, so I've chosen just a big room for fair price. So it was like this - perfect location, ability to pay by card, helpful stuff. And a hidden gem - service to check in earlier! Never met it anywhere in the world!👍 Breakfast was normal for 4 star hotel. What else could I tell about stuff - they're professional, my invoice was prepared for a few seconds."
"To be honest everything was alright but I prefer to have different type of towels. Also I expected a room with a big window and a view on a street. There was sometimes noisy but all this influences about 10% of my visit."

"Great location for getting in touch with a bit of local life and out of the tourist area. In middle of fruit and vegetable garden. We made great salad from the vegetables. There was a nice family restaurant down the road. Recommended and also the private beach by the hotel was the cleanest beach we visited in Albania."
"Lovely welcome from the hosts with offers of coffee and raki! Comfortable room for the night with all that we needed. Had the fish that was on offer in the evening which was yummy. Able to walk down to the boardwalk and monastery. Recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet getaway."
