"Отличный вариант размещения для отдыха на природе , которая не может не вызвать восхищения даже у самых искушённых путешественников. Дом расположен в сосновом лесу, в ста метрах от берега, у подножья горы, на вершине которой застыл в вечной скорби Севанаванк. На территории есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Кроме обычных бытовых принадлежностей в распоряжении имеется собственная мангальная зона, беседка и парковка. Отдельно стоит высказать глубокую признательность хозяину, который откликался на все просьбы, даже практически невыполнимые, например, предоставить возможность выхода в интернет."

"Our family of 4 loved the convenience of the location, it is super close to everything. There was a Christmas bazar just at the corner of the apartment where small stores are selling goodies and foods, with very nice decors and Christmas tree. There was a supermarket where most essentials are present. The apartment is cozy and has all the things needed for cooking and the tv even has netflix in it. Walking distance from the city center - republic square and has lots of restaurants around the area. We would love to come back to this apartment on our next travel. Having an elevator is a plus too😊"
