The rooms are super clean and are equipped with everything you need. There are the best restaurants nearby and the Sevanavank monastery which offers you the most outstanding view of Lake Sevan. "This stay ended up being just perfect! Well built, modern cabins in a peaceful location on lake Servan. The beach is a 2 minute walk! The larger cabin we rented as perfect in size and space. The kitchen is well equipped and we had an amazing time here. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend this location for anyone! We slept 3 in the large cabin, but could have easily fit 5."

"It was a bit hard to find, but it’s manageable. The seclusion is worth it! TV didn’t seem to work well. It was a Google TV account and we didn’t have one. Honestly, not a big deal. We were there for the nature!"

"The owner is jovial and met me personally. I appreciated that. Nirok is a fairly new place, you have a view of the lake, I felt comfortable there and I slept well in a big bed. There is also a menu in the cabin where you can order good and affordable food. For those on foot, you can use a footbridge over the highway to get to the city center. No problem."

"The first day there was an excavator that worked for 4-5 hours. Very noisy. But this passed and has nothing to do with the big picture."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sevanta! I contacted the owner in advance to arrange a birthday surprise for my wife, and he exceeded all expectations. When we arrived, the apartment was filled with balloons and 'Happy Birthday' lettering — my wife was so surprised and happy! The apartment itself was spotless, neat, and very cozy. Even though the weather was cold, snowy, and windy, we stayed perfectly warm because the heaters and hot water worked excellently. The 'first line' lake view is stunning; we loved watching the Nirok birds (diving ducks) right from the window. To top it off, the owner was a true professional and even drove us to the city center to catch our bus when we checked out. Oh, and the little dog outside was a delightful, friendly bonus! Highly recommended for both the views and the hospitality. Merci for everything once again!!"
