"Cozy and great value for money! The place has a lovely traditional design. We arrived early because of our train schedule, and the host kindly allowed us to check in early and even served a delicious homemade rose liqueur as a welcome drink. The host was super friendly and welcoming, which made our stay very comfortable. I really wanted to buy a bottle of the rose liqueur, but unfortunately, I didn’t have the right change at the time — hopefully next time! If I visit Gyumri again, I’d love to stay here once more."

"It was a bit difficult to find the guesthouse, but it wasn’t a big problem. Actually, it's close to the center and a quiet location. The only minor issues were that the floor creaked a little when walking, and the shower drained a bit slowly."

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Armine's B&B! We take apartments and modern room. The apartments are beautifully styled, cozy, and just as stunning as the photos. The location is perfect for a 5-10 minute walk to the center. The atmosphere is so warm, reflecting the charm of Gyumri itself. The room was spotless, and there was always hot water. Armine, the wonderful hostess, greeted us with sweets and coffee and made our stay unforgettable with her hospitality. The modern design with tasteful decor made it feel like a boutique experience. The room was spotless, with warm earthy tones and stylish artwork that added a touch of sophistication. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the cozy rug added warmth to the space. Everything felt so welcoming and soulful. I can’t wait to return!" This room felt like a perfect mix of comfort and style. Highly recommended!"

"A beautiful, cozy studio, kind hosts who were very flexible with early check-in and also storing our luggage after check out, excellent wifi, beds and pillows are comfortable, clean linens, shower and hot water works very well, complimentary cherries from the tree on the property and sweets on the table upon our arrival, impressively designed courtyard - artsy and immaculate."

"Don't use Google maps while getting there, it will suggest a terrible route via a very rough dirt road. Instead, use a different address - Furmanov 8, it is much better, just a short block of a bumpy street from the paved street."

"No flexibility in early check-in or late check-out. The host emphazied many times that the check-in time is from 1pm and check-out by 11am. In fact, at 10:20am, the cleaning lady already knocked on my door, I told her I'd check out at 11am. This is quite annoying and creating stress for guests."

"It’s comfortable if you go with your friends or family and though the rooms are full separate there is a shared space where you can spend time together. It’s clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and the host is very supportive whatever you ask for. This was my second stay there. It means something 😉😃"

"Extremely nice little apartment, just like in the pictures. Perfectly suitable for 3 people, the upper deck and the ladder is made of strong metal bars. The bed is really comfortable, the bathroom is nice, everything is super clean. Armine is a very friendly lady, who gives you a lot of good advice about Gyumri if you ask for it. The price is also great and the place is located close to the center, so it is simply brilliant. Highly recommended!"

"You have to be prepared that the surrounding streets have no lighting and they are unpaved. After rain, you need to watch out to not step into one of the many potholes filled with mud. This is not the apartment’s fault, but it’s better to know."
