"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on the shore of Lake Sevan. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The green and spacious territory made it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was tasty and varied, a perfect start to the day. But what truly stood out was the staff – kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, always providing everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, the location was calm and peaceful, yet close to the beach and within walking distance to Sevanavank Monastery. The pool was also great, especially with heating, making it enjoyable at any time of the day. The restaurant was also very pleasing, and the food was tasty with reasonable prices."

"I liked the territory - it was super comfortable, especially for families staying with kids. The playgrounds were all over the garden and kids could safely play even without elders watching them. The pool was very good for kids as well and water was really warm. The apartment we booked had everything we needed at the kitchen, we didn't have breakfast booked and prepared breakfast and dinner ourselves in the room. The restaurant of the hotel was ok, we had lunches there. Must-try dish was Sig - definitely try it!"

"A fantastic place. Quiet and peaceful at the end of a canyon. The villa has absolutely everything. You can have a dip in the pool, do a big bbq, explore the nearby canyon or just relax at one of many cozy places. Olya and her family are perfect hosts, very good communication and so nice! We stayed one more night than planned because we loved it so much."
