"It was very warm clean and comfortable. It is 30 seconds from the Lake Sevan with beautiful scenery."

"L'emplacement,le calme ! Petite maison sympa ! C'était propre et pratique. Possibilité de se garer près de la maison."

"Il y a un problème d'évacuation je pense ! La salle de douche est inondée qd la machine à laver tourne. La chaudière fait beaucoup de bruit. Difficile de communiquer avec le gardien très gentil par ailleurs !"

"I liked everything, the bed and the mattress were very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and a strong flow. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this hotel is eco friendly as it gets its electricity from solar panels. The little garden felt so cozy and heartwarming, even under the snow. The hotel is close by to everything, it’s in the heart of the city. Every time I come to Yerevan, this hotel is my choice of stay. Nerses, the hotel owner, is incredibly welcoming and kind. He is always ready to help with anything you need, especially with recommendations and questions about the city."
