"We loved the unique location; watching the planes was a cool experience and the noise didn't bother us one bit. The apartment was clean with a great Caribbean vibe, and we really appreciated being within walking distance of the beach bars and our friendly host."

There isn't anything to complain about, though there were a few mosquitoes in the evening (which is the case at every place), so bring some bug spray.

"The location on seven mile beach itself is super convenient. Great breakfast across the street at Coconut Joes. Several restaurants within a few minute walk or a two minute drive. Takes less than two minutes to walk to the ocean. There isn’t much of a beach at the end of the road, but just a couple minutes up the street and you’re at a Sandy Beach. The unit was super clean. Had everything you need. The pool and hot tub area are great."

"Babylon Hotel’s location is excellent. It took me only 15 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport, which was very convenient. The peaceful environment, along with the beautiful park right next to the hotel, made my stay even more enjoyable. "The staff at reception was friendly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean and comfortable, all the necessary crockery and utensils should you wish to make a nice meal. Love the addition of a washing machine. The location is great, many restaurants and some supermarkets to access within a short distance. Very safe as well."

"Beautiful lush surroundings with a lovely pool in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Clinton, could not be any more lovely. He took great care of us even when we had problems not related to this stay. I would definitely stay here again. Please note having a car is highly recommended for a stay here."

Like with any property that has been around for a while certain things will need updating soon, but there was little to complain about.

"Location was great. Room size was great. In service laundry was great. Everything was good that was needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was good and the staff was wonderful. The security always greeted me and it was nice."

The rooms are outdated and sometimes have little critters. The neighborhood at night is not child friendly with so many escorts around. The water in the bathroom is brown probably due to old pipes but unable to take a bath due to it being brown. The fridge stop working at one point but somehow fixed it. There are no electrical outlets near the desk at the windows unless it’s behind the tv.

"The best thing of this apartment is the proximity to the beach. It has all the commodities you might need for 2 people, you can even cook there."

The room was rather small and it's confusing how you need to take out the garbage, The bins do not work without a card, the owner didn't explain how to do it. I stayed there with my husband and there were 2 separate mattresses put together, and that was a bit uncomfortable. The owners could also add some beach equipment for their guests, like a chair, towels or something for the wind, since it can get really windy there.

the distance of the room to the parking which is not ideal for loading and unloading if it is raining specifically if you are rushing to catch flight. Maybe if a covered walkway will help.

"Very friendly and effective staff. Made me feel very much at home. The location has wonderful views, however, it is a little distance from the CBD which is problem if you're traveling for work. For a holiday a more flexible work schedule - this would not apply. The apartment itself, including Wi fi and all the facilities were excellent and well maintained."

The breakfast might not be enough for an adult. Set 2 is best. The TV is always problematic such that my parents could not open it. The staff is responsive to this though. Facilities are old.

"Quiet, right in the middle of nature. Rooms are really nice and the people working there are great. There's a place to walk around, super peaceful. If you are into local gastronomy you are a few minutes away from many local pupusas spots in Los Planes de Renderos. Can’t beat that."

"Best of both worlds: large apartments, hotel service, large beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. A very cozy place , very little people around, very friendly staff. Walking distance from Ascona. We were in a rush while leaving and forgot few things at the hotel.. and they sent those back to our home address without any fees."

a bit outdated furniture.. and wifi wasn't equally accessible in all rooms... but that's a minor detail.

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"The location is exceptional! The airport limousine bus stop is right in front so my to and from the airport was hassle free. It is also near tourist attractions, great restaurants, and subway Line 5. Very convenient."

The room is a bit small so you have to strategize if you a group that have multiple large luggages but this is very minor.
