"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

Everything was good

"Great option for a last minute booking to spend a night in Narva. Clean kitchen space with everything needed. Grocery store in the same building. Close to both train and bus stops. Ok beds."

Shared bathroom space is not very comfortable, missed that as was booking in a hurry.

Not a dislike but lack of a fridge and safe. Especially a safe would be helpful in the room. It was also strange to not have a blanket/duvet ready on the bed. Upon request, a blanket was brought.

The road leading to this accommodation is not asphalt, so driving or walking can be challenging.

Me and few other people staying in other rooms did not recieve info about code or room numbers, but hopefully the code message has been fixed by now :)

"The location was excellent - a few minutes' walk to a very nice, sandy beach that was great for kids (shallow, sandy, calm). There was a restaurant (adjacent property) on the beach, the food was so-so, but it was a great location. The unit was clean, reasonably stocked with what we needed, beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms, two showers. We used the outdoor patio for several meals. The hose by the door to clean our feet. Several nice restaurants a short drive away (Italian was good). Parking was easy. We did a boat/snorkel outing one morning (Nemoz, Ben and Tony were great) and they picked us up right on the dock at the beach. The snorkeling was quite nice. Kayak and other rentals right at the beach."

Only air conditioned in two of the bedrooms. The loft area was blazing hot and there are no windows in the loft that can be opened to create some ventilation (e.g., at night with the provided fan). A portable AC unit or something is needed to cool off this space. The roof leaked, but this was a minor issue. There were no coffee pods or dishwasher pods in the unit, we had to go buy some from the front desk. We checked in slightly after 5pm (lock box), so when we got up in the morning - no coffee! The front desk did not open until 8am? Seriously, we paid a fair amount for the rental and it's ridiculous that 4 or 6 coffee pods (3 bedroom unit) could not have been provided to start with - buy more as needed. Same for the dishwasher (provide one or two pods).

"The apartment is amazing. It has everything and it's in perfect shape. It's about 7 minutes walk to the lake. A lot of free parking. Anna who welcomed us was very kind and helpful."

It would be nice if it could be added a washing machine.

not the properties fault but there was a party across the street that went til 11:00 or 11:30. this would have been fine except they kept the incredibly loud music playing until 1:30 in the morning as they cleaned up.

"It was sparse, but very clean. It is a cinder block building so sounds didn’t carry from other rooms or floors."

There was no trash can in the bathroom.

"Beautiful original palace from 19th Century, surrounded by an old park and overlooking the lake. The views are stunning. Very good breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. We also like an allowance for the Aqua Park. Getting there was easy and the hotel has a spacious parking lot."

I'd expect to have a small tea / coffee station at the room.
