Positive point:

"First of all I would like thanks to Diana! She gave me a great recommendation how to get to apartments and met me right at the house, and also in the future where to get a nice local restaurant. Apartment is great, it locates at the nice square with a cathedral view. Five minutes walking to get to metro station, and a bus stop right at the house. Apt is cozy, quiet and warm. It is my favorite place to stay in Sofia."

"We had "JOY" apartment for 4 nights at 31 Parchevich centrally located only about 100 meters from main pedestrian-only Vitosha Street that has many restaurants, take out, and stores. Apartment was clean and quiet. Building has small elevator but not needed to go up two flights of stairs. Fruit and veggie store on the ground floor. Stella was very helpful for the questions and advice that I asked her. Neighborhood has families and is safe, although there is visible graffiti in the area and all over Sofia. Building is located 1 km or less from major sights and Vitosha Street is great for walking to the sights and nearby subway. We would definitely stay here again on future visits. We saw all the sights with the 3.5 days we were in Sofia."

"Too small and poor-lighted kitchen. Sofa takes half of living room. No air conditioning (with windows on south) Photos are from another objects (not this one)"

"The apartment is spacious , fully equipped and its location is excellent. It is full of air and light and has partial view of the city and mountains. Great for group travelers."

Negative point:

"We were told that the flat is in 4th floor and it turned to be in the 5th.. No elevator.. Password for electric door lock and internet were not correct. The flat manager did not seem to have the exact information and it took few calls to and some waiting time outside the flat to resolve the issue. Inside the flat there no instructions or helpful information by what so ever."
