The downstairs bedroom bathroom faucet was a bit too short for that clear sink. And the bedroom didn't have a TV 😭

"The property is the most spacious and tidy one we stayed in Tashkent compared to other hotels with same prices. Although it’s located near a main road but no traffic noise bothered me."

The only thing is that you will need to store your luggage in a chained hostel with 10min. Anyway, that road is flat and beautiful so enjoyed the walk too :)

There were stairs to our room. We had to carry a heavy piece of luggage up to the room - would not recommend. The floors are made of wood planks that are not sealed. There is definitely opportunity for critters to enter throught the floor boards. Nothing happened for us, but there is this potential.

Some aspects could improve : tennis equipment available for their tennis court, towels a bit old , free shuttle bus instead of charging for it ( airport is very near) .

"The nice host Seyfu we became good friends. They provided excellent food and coffee. 5 minutes walk from the churches and market. I would stay here any time I come back. Highly recommended with home atmosphere."

One day I heard construction in a neighboring unit. But it didn't last long and wasn't an issue.

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"We absolutely loved staying at Bolholt apartments, so much so that we were sad to leave. The location was a little out of the centre but the public transport made it extremely easy and fast to get wherever we wanted to go that it wasn't a problem. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again."

We had some noisy neighbours in one of the apartments adjacent to ours but that is totally out of the control of the management. People should learn to be a bit more considerate at 3am in the morning that's all.

"Apartamento totalmente remodelado, tem uma óptima localização mesmo perto da praia. A cozinha está bem equipada. A chave tem que se ir buscar ao café “Amadeu” onde o Sr. que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e atencioso."

A limpeza podia ser melhor.

"Остров небольшой (800 на 400м). На острове 3 отеля, 3 магазина, 2 кафешки. дайв-клуб. У отеля собственный частный пляж с бесплатными лежаками и хорошим заходом в воду - даже тапочки не нужны. Рядом рифы с огромным количеством местных рыбок разного размера и цвета, поэтому берите с собой маску. Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.

"The location was very convenient. I really love the ocean view and especially hearing the ocean splashes everyday during my stay, it was really breathtaking, relaxation and good service. Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I'm in love with this island especially in Westpunt!"

I do not really have any complaints about anything, because all of my wishes have been granted during my stay. So I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work and service! Everything was just perfect!

"Very comfortable three-bedroom house with excellent facilities - everything worked well (air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, hot water, wifi, Netflix on TV). Good location with easy street parking. Beautiful flowers in the yard. We even got to enjoy the neighbor's cat, who stopped by for frequent visits. Great place to relax!"

"Everything was excellent, my room was super clean, each and every thing were new and perfect. it was close to the touristic areas. If I want to visit Dushanbe, for sure I'll choose Sunrise. Thank you."

"The house has 9 apartments. Mine was a studio on the lower part and facing the ocean sideways. I had a small terrasse. It was super quite, had a lovely view onto the ocean. The studio is spacious. the kitchenette is fair. It had a toaster, coffee maker and a microwave. The "oven and stove" were two hotplates and a small oven in one. It was ok. Did sort of the trick. Could not adjust heat. Took quite a while to heat up and operate it, wasnt that easy because the markings were a bit off already. In addition, i got an electric shock because something didnt work proberly. The shower was great, but make sure you shower on time, because there is not unlimited hot / warm water ... first day, there was none. i learned they only have a large tank. Otherwise the owners were super friendly, helpful, kind and tried to make everything work. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and found the location, the amenities, space and the apartment overall really nice and convenient."

"We spent nearly five wonderful nights at this apartment and couldn't be happier with our stay. The host was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us choose the best hiking and biking trips in the area—being an active sports enthusiast himself, his tips were spot on for exploring Liechtenstein. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we loved that it was close to a store, making it easy to just walk over for groceries. There was ample parking, the kitchen was very well appointed, and we always had plenty of natural light. All in all, a perfect stay—definitely five stars!"

"A very nice stay. Hosts were excellent. Very friendly, informative, relaxed but professional. The chalet was exactly what we had requested. To find somewhere quite private, 2 bedrooms with self-catering was a bonus. There aren't too many places that fit that criteria on the Island. Slightly out of town, but that's still very close on Norfolk. Norfolk is very different. Very nice. We can see why so many people get drawn there. 9 days was just enough. Very clean and well equipped."

Was all good. Anyone who finds fault here clearly shouldn't go to Norfolk.
