Apartments in French Guiana

"Everything about the apartment was excellent. Very clean and everything you need for your stay. We were picked from the airport and delivered right to the door, about a 1 minute drive. It's very close to the main street."

The only thing that wasn't there, and this had nothing to do wth the owner/manager of the property, was the TV didn't have closed captions, except for the ABC. The manager came to look at this but there was nothing he could do about it. They are going to check with whatever authority is responsible for broadcasting closed captions.

"Lots of thoughtful amenities, sweet treats and delicious coffee. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. We would definitely book again."

Not enough time to enjoy more.

The only downside was that taxi’s had trouble finding the location because it’s hard to see the palm view sign at night. So a lot of times drivers would drive past.

The décor is very attractive, especially in the restaurant area—you’ll be amazed."

the bed was kind of uncomfortable, I don't think there was heat as I was cold. The tv was a little small.

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.

Steep, winding road up from town. Car access only, almost impossible to walk.

no signboard outside the building to locate it; 2ndly only 2 pillows were there on a large double bed, so I will suggest to add 2 more to it.

Camere, ambienti comuni interni e giardino sono molto curati, la pulizia impeccabile. Io sono vegana e a colazione mi sono sentita più che accolta. "Perfectly located in the small town of Matmata. The room was big with two bedrooms and a lounge. It had a restaurant but didn’t serve alcohol. We could park the car off the road. It was inexpensive so we didn’t expect much, but were pleasantly surprised."

The room was a bit cold (it was January) but the owner went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. There wasn’t much to dislike

The shower can be renovated.

That Booking.com is proposing a property which is not available before April 2026. By doing so, I could have ended up on the island of Bequia on a Sunday night with nowhere to sleep.

"Property was ideally located for our purposes as we had to access the center of town daily which was about a 10min drive away. The decor was simple and nice providing a lot of space."

Size of the beds were not ideal for our purposes. There road accessing the property is a bit bumpy but this is only about a 2 min drive from the main street.
