"Eco-friendly location, very clean, slept peacefully and comfortably, owner is very nice and helpful. Definitely relaxed here with my mom which was our goal. Also it's a relatively short walk down to main street, my mom is elderly and we even walked down to the public beach with no problems. Even though she doesn't allow pesticides, we didn't see one roach, fly or mosquito during our stay."

Make sure you talk to the owner about the size and amenities of tour cabin. I honestly can't complain, our stay was well fitted to our needs.

"I stayed in multiple hotels/airbnbs on all 3 islands and this place was my favorite. Sean was a great host, very helpful and responsive. He helped arrange transportation and held my luggage before heading to the airport. The apartment was clean, had hot water (other Airbnb’s did not), and good AC. Kitchen was good for cooking basic breakfast with the provided daily eggs and baked goods. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay a short walk from the busy pier, you’ve found the perfect place."

"Unbeatable! Great location (near Gulshan 1 roundabout), huge self-contained apartments (80sqm), breakfast buffet and even a free airport pick-up included. I think all rooms have bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with flatscreen TV. Staff were outstanding, especially Anisur"

"My second time to stay at Adulo Apts. As with my first stay, staff are very friendly and helpful with information. There was a room mix up on our first night which quickly got resolved by the supervisor. The room was very clean, we found the beds to be comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. The pool was a bonus. It was no more than a 10 min walk to the main street where Rockley Beach, restaurants and the bus stop are located. We took the bus to Oistins, Holetown etc.. There are 2 restaurants right by Adulo - Shakers (reservations recommended) and Madison Landis Bistro. There are more restaurants along the main street including a mini mart. We took a taxi to and from the airport ($35 USD each way). Would stay here again."

"Staff was beyond friendly! I also love how secure this place is both with the gates on the streets and gates at the residence. As a solo female I felt safer here than at my home. The amenities were outstanding. So much space in the rooms and everything I could ever need. The best stay of my entire trip. 10/10"

"The facilities are secure and exceptionally clean with a private entrance to own accommodation. Parking is available and there is a lovely garden to relax in. Lolo and Simba communicated very well from when we booked till we settled in and checked if we were comfortable with our stay. "The guest house is exceptionally well-managed, and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. We wish we had the chance to extend our stay and explore more of the area. Conveniently located near a JR station, the house is just a 10-minute walk away. Even though we arrived quite late, the host greeted us at the station and kindly offered to transport our luggage to their house. The house is spacious, modernly furnished, and tastefully decorated."

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

Washing machine problems many times but finally fixed with staff help

"Great access via various public transportation. Lots of natural lights in the room and decent city/mountain view with solid curtains for evenings. Lightings are separated and controllable in each section of the room. Microwave, fridge and a kettle make your life easy. Minimum yet functional cutlery. Victoria Park is nearby and a great children’s playground is available!"

Hair dryer cannot be used in the bathroom. There’s no dish washing tools, detergent, or tea towels.

"This studio apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. It was good to have a mini kitchen, large tv screen (with Netflix!) and lift. The highlight was the fantastic view of the city at night. One of the hosts (Charles) spoke English which was helpful. They organised airport transfers for me (for a fee). Daily cleaning was included. The location is in Plateau, which is near the Pyramid. It is very quiet and empty on Sundays there."

The amenities list included a washing machine and coffee maker, neither of which were there. To his credit, Charles offered to do my washing for free and attempted to get a coffee machine for me to use (I ended up using my own strainer though). I recommend the amenities list is updated to be accurate.

"We did our own breakfast, but Keith enquired and you know what, after a delayed flight, we got to the apartment at midnight, I really felt for a Coca Cola, Keith went down the road and got me two Coke. Keith is a fantastic host. I advise that once you are visiting Dominica, call Corosal Apartments, you will definitely enjoy your stay. We were able to complete graphics in Roseau, Canefield & Portsmouth with ease and comfort. Here is the crown of the visit. Keith's friend Kasani who picked us up from the airport, gave us her Toyota Voxy to use for our entire stay. Thank God for Devine Connection. HALLELUJAH, AMEN."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"A lovely island of peace and tranquility in an otherwise busy Moroni. If it’s available on your dates, you’re in luck—don’t hesitate. This is by far the best you can get in this price category in the area. It’s a family-run guesthouse, and the owners do a great job maintaining a high standard, with uninterrupted water, electricity, and internet, which is not a given on the island. The décor is very attractive, especially in the restaurant area—you’ll be amazed."

"The house has 9 apartments. Mine was a studio on the lower part and facing the ocean sideways. I had a small terrasse. It was super quite, had a lovely view onto the ocean. The studio is spacious. the kitchenette is fair. It had a toaster, coffee maker and a microwave. The "oven and stove" were two hotplates and a small oven in one. It was ok. Did sort of the trick. Could not adjust heat. Took quite a while to heat up and operate it, wasnt that easy because the markings were a bit off already. In addition, i got an electric shock because something didnt work proberly. The shower was great, but make sure you shower on time, because there is not unlimited hot / warm water ... first day, there was none. i learned they only have a large tank. Otherwise the owners were super friendly, helpful, kind and tried to make everything work. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and found the location, the amenities, space and the apartment overall really nice and convenient."

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.
