"The comfort, accessibility and ease of the accommodation."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"We loved our stay at the Black Pearl. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating; they checked in with us during our stay and offered recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was provided for our first morning, which was a lovely touch."

Getting through the gate was hard the first time but easy after that. The chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on.

"I stayed in multiple hotels/airbnbs on all 3 islands and this place was my favorite. Sean was a great host, very helpful and responsive. He helped arrange transportation and held my luggage before heading to the airport. The apartment was clean, had hot water (other Airbnb’s did not), and good AC. Kitchen was good for cooking basic breakfast with the provided daily eggs and baked goods. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay a short walk from the busy pier, you’ve found the perfect place."

"The apartment was clean and pleasantly scented, exceeding my expectations. The location was ideal, with a store directly across from the hotel, a laundromat just a minute's walk away, and convenient parking."

The neighborhood wasn't the most upscale, but it was generally safe and conveniently close to many popular attractions. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was frequently unreliable, so I had to rely on my mobile data.

"Very comfortable three-bedroom house with excellent facilities - everything worked well (air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, hot water, wifi, Netflix on TV). Good location with easy street parking. Beautiful flowers in the yard. We even got to enjoy the neighbor's cat, who stopped by for frequent visits. Great place to relax!"

"It was like having your own home for a week, which was good. A microwave oven was not supplied, but this may have been because it needed replacing. The owner responded to our request for assistance very promptly, on the one occasion we reported a problem."

"We did our own breakfast, but Keith enquired and you know what, after a delayed flight, we got to the apartment at midnight, I really felt for a Coca Cola, Keith went down the road and got me two Coke. Keith is a fantastic host. I advise that once you are visiting Dominica, call Corosal Apartments, you will definitely enjoy your stay. We were able to complete graphics in Roseau, Canefield & Portsmouth with ease and comfort. Here is the crown of the visit. Keith's friend Kasani who picked us up from the airport, gave us her Toyota Voxy to use for our entire stay. Thank God for Devine Connection. HALLELUJAH, AMEN."

"It was a great location in Cobbs Cross, peaceful and quiet but close enough to walk to English Harbour and access the restaurants and bars there. The verandah was excellent with beautiful views of the harbour and the sounds of the tropical birds and tree frogs. Very clean and well equipped apartment, even with a cooler to take to the beach, which was useful. The bedroom was air conditioned which was great for sleeping. Danilo and Orietta were very welcoming and available for any questions. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Antigua!"

The room and closet need a new coat of paint . A table to put bags on.

sitting on the balcony you look in the eyes of neighbours in the opposite balcony. ;) minor issue if neighbours are are pretty. All good.

"The view was exceptional. Every room had great view to the lake and the mtn Remarkable. All rooms were spacious. The kitchen was modern and functioned well. Very clean. The beds were very co.fortable. The whole unit felt very relaxing. Also, the staff's communication was great."

The garage was quite tight, and the driveway had quite a steep slope. The sound proof of floor was not great, footstep sound on the upper floor living room can be heard from the lower floor bedrooms.

"This studio apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. It was good to have a mini kitchen, large tv screen (with Netflix!) and lift. The highlight was the fantastic view of the city at night. One of the hosts (Charles) spoke English which was helpful. They organised airport transfers for me (for a fee). Daily cleaning was included. The location is in Plateau, which is near the Pyramid. It is very quiet and empty on Sundays there."

The amenities list included a washing machine and coffee maker, neither of which were there. To his credit, Charles offered to do my washing for free and attempted to get a coffee machine for me to use (I ended up using my own strainer though). I recommend the amenities list is updated to be accurate.

Not their fault, but the internet on Palau is a bit weak - couldn't download my merlin app (same thing everywhere - not just at Ngermid Oasis).

Had to buy most necessities (hand soap, tissue, trash bags), but store was in walking distance. AC was blowing out ice and dripping in the kitchen possibly from condensation.

"The size of the apartment is great. The location between Baie des citrons and Anse Vata is excellent. The snorkelling across the road at Baie des Citrons is excellent, and the aquarium nearby is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and it is a short drive (or medium walk) to get to a supermarket."

The weather was hot and there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was hard to keep the apartment cool and the air conditioners struggled to keep up. The apartment itself is starting to be quite dated. When it was windy outside the balcony doors had a noisy whistle that was disruptive.

"The most beautiful place to wake up to in Kampala. Beautiful grounds, good food, beautiful pool. The people are the best!"

It’s time for softer mattresses. But other than that there is nothing

"We absolutely loved staying at Bolholt apartments, so much so that we were sad to leave. The location was a little out of the centre but the public transport made it extremely easy and fast to get wherever we wanted to go that it wasn't a problem. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again."

We had some noisy neighbours in one of the apartments adjacent to ours but that is totally out of the control of the management. People should learn to be a bit more considerate at 3am in the morning that's all.
