"I loved how peaceful the place was and how helpful the staff were! The location is right on the water which made it perfect if you want to go on a boat tour or to see the Shoebills"

I found the dinner to be very expensive for what it was and they did not say the cost up front which was a dissapointment

"Beautiful setting with farm animals, nicely decorated places to sit and relax outside, great breakfast and helpful staff. Always nice to have chocolate on your bed as a little treat."

There was a miscommunication between messages and booking.com. Messages are separate from the actual booking. So if you have a special request make sure it is noted in the booking process and not just as a separate message. The owner was more than willing to help make everything right, but it is good information to know that the two forms of communication are not connected.

Location far from everything but Nubian village. Taxis often want more due to difficult roads. No WiFi in the rooms.

"This was such a wonderful place amidst such beautiful surroundings. The perfect place to stay if you want to do some hikes in the area. Marco and the staff were so kind and accommodating and always available. They really make you feel at home. The room was clean and quiet And there was free parking if you have a car. I would highly recommend if you are planning to visit Mavrovo."

Quite old and doesn’t soundproof. Bathroom didnt look the cleanest, and needs renovation. Bathroom window doesnt lock. Walls need a repaint. No place to lie next to the pool. Location wasn’t convenient so I suggest a car or stay in the city.

"Lovely property and warm hospitality from Veron and Melania. We were only able to stay for a few hours during a New Year’s Eve layover, but we had a wonderful evening with the hosts and other travelers. We hope to be back in the near future."

"Gorgeous view from the apartment! There's a big window showing the beautiful mountains below. Beautiful interior design throughout!! The host was also very friendly 🌷 Buiilt as a compact studio apartment with a large bed, all beautifully designed. Next door there's a room that serves as a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. Lots of attractions nearby - Nimrod Fortress, Hermon Mountain site and cable car, Tel Dan, Ghajar village and Banias National Park."

Fortunately we travelled with a 4x4 wheel drive car -- a must-have to negotiate the steep roads in the village.

Everything was excellent - clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped kitchen, beach equipment -chairs, fins, snorkel ect. Calm environment with lots of private space. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

The rooms are stylish and very comfortable, and everything is always spotless and well organized. Andrea and Mario are incredibly attentive and present throughout the stay, taking care of every detail with genuine warmth and dedication. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Quaint, cozy village house with friendly, hospitable Belgian hosts who speak Bulgarian and will make you feel right at home. If you're into luxury and 5-star hotels, do not book here. This is a great place to stay if you like the countryside, peace and quiet, dogs and smiling faces. Totally recommended! P.S.: The lighting in my Bedroom 1 was state-of-the-art."

"Our first time staying in a B & B, and we loved it! The property is located just a couple of blocks from the beach. Safe and secure location, and our room was wonderful! The breakfast in the morning was delightful. We had all the beach items we needed available to use at no additional cost - chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, towels, even hats! We could walk to Bebo's for dinner, which was great! The property is lovely and gated. We will be back again on our next trip to San Juan!"

"I spent a wonderful week at The Octopus Tropical Oasis. I had the flamingo cabin behind the pool with a double bed and an outdoor shower. There is a communal kitchen, a small deck and a hammock in a tropical garden. The pool is very nice and the area is very quiet. It is a 3 mn walk to Playa Wachi, 15 mn from Boca Sami beach and another 30 mn hike from there to Kokomo beach. I painted a mural for the owners over 3 days."

Bring mosquito spray as there are lots of mosquitoes from 5 pm to 7 am even with the mosquito net around the bed. I walked a lot as I did not rent a car. There are local buses though.

"The Manager handled EVERYTHING for me from car rental, directions to my many inquiries, set up a massage appointment for me...ECT, from the moment I landed on the island until I got on the plane to leave 🏝️I could not have been happier than with these people & this location! Thank you so very much Kurtz ... It was perfect for exploring the East side beaches and restaurants of the Island from & and just few minutes from the airport but you never heard planes flying over that area!. Car Needed!!"

"Lovely stay and best breakfast we had in the 8 caribbean countries we visited. They baked us home-made bread and mango jam with an omelette and fruit! So delicious!
