"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

Everything was excellent - clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped kitchen, beach equipment -chairs, fins, snorkel ect. Calm environment with lots of private space. "It is conveniently located in the center of St. Thomas downtown, near Vendors Plaza, Emancipation Park, and many shops and restaurants. The value for the dollar is excellent, it is clean and well furnished, provides a continental breakfast, and has amazing views."

There are a LOT of steps. I knew there were some but I counted 85.

Power cuts in the city make rooms warm, there is loud music from the bar next door on Fridays and Saturdays.

There's not much I didn't really like

Keine Handtücher. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht zurückdrehen.

Breakfast included in accommodation bill. Propose something funny and show to clients especially foreigners touristic places .

Seating at the coffee shop could use a good cleaning but the coffee shop itself is great. Little tough to find the property the first time.

The nearest (Corellia) beach is a very good sandy beach. The room is OK at this price level. Simple, but clean. The pool is nice and clean. The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful."

Location far from everything but Nubian village. Taxis often want more due to difficult roads. No WiFi in the rooms.

"Good and quiet location. Positive was parking in the yard, rooms were spacious."

The only downside was that the restaurant was closed due to the holidays.

"The host was very kind and helpful. The price is affordable for saipan. Wifi was great which was needed for work. Bed was cosy."

Quite old and doesn’t soundproof. Bathroom didnt look the cleanest, and needs renovation. Bathroom window doesnt lock. Walls need a repaint. No place to lie next to the pool. Location wasn’t convenient so I suggest a car or stay in the city.
