"The location is wonderful, the chalet was nestled in the bush, wonderfully quiet and serene. Magnificent views as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The meals were delicious, a full spread for breakfast, and the dinners were delicious."

Only that the hot water seems to run out in the evenings.

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

Beds a bit too firm. Some septic smell in bathroom sinks. The restaurant was understaffed for new years.

Great breakfast and facilities for everyone kids and adults. The pool was very big with sunbeds and supervision. Location excellent just 3-4 mins from the sea and near many shops and restaurants! Special thanks to Mrs. Eleni and all the staff there. Very kind and helpful with all our requests! Of course would like to visit again sometime in the future!"

The buffet breakfast was canceled due to no more than 15 guests for the first morning. The hotel ordered breakfast (per our choice) from outside restaurant but the food were cold thus did not taste good. The hotel did have salad and porridge for the breakfast. The second morning buffet breakfast was not impressive and was below my expectation based on other reviews from Booking.com. Closet space is limited.

"Everything here is perfect. The resort is in a jungle setting, with fish, butterflies and birds. The Tree House villa we stayed in was perfect, with a floor for us and a floor for the kids. Everything was taken care of - from water and snacks to the pool and the restaurant. A perfect stay."

The villa pool is in constant shade. While it's perfect for us (no sun burns), it means the water temprature is always a bit too cold, which practically meant we spent our time in the (perfect) public pool, but never used our villa pool. It would be great if the villa pool had an option for heating.

"The beach at Divi was nice. The room was conveniently located. I loved the Fort Amsterdam Cafe."

We felt that the check in was a nightmare. It took much too long. Why provide two cards to receive two towels from somewhere else? How about having a person by the pool or beach doing that? The front desk seemed to be multitasking , making check in unusually long.

"Good location, Josh is great with a good staff. Good restaurant on site open all day. Swimming nearby, groceries an easy 15-20 minute walk. Be sure to visit the clam farm!"

"Perfectly situated by the beach with an amazing pool. We had a great time at the LUX. Everyone we met was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our room with a great view on a gazebo and the ocean in the background. The food was excellent across the massive breakfast buffet and different restaurants for dinner. Special mention for the Carry’s bar (especially canard à la vanille and Rougail saucisse) as well as the Rougail citron dessert."

Hard to find something to mention. To be picky, we would have like a drink included in the half board dinner (soft, glass of wine).

"The food was not good at all. Limited room services times and options. Buffett was not good; we ate the first night and then went to the mainland each night there after for dinner. Such an amazing location but nowhere to lounge or dine."

Day trippers were the resorts focus, maybe it was the time of year. Food and drink options were not good.

I didn't like the fact that until we got there, then utility and 10% other charges were added to the cost. Until now, i haven't figured out what exactly were considered other charges since I was charged the same thing every time I ordered at the bar and asked that it be sent to my room.

"The small chalet had everything it needed for a little getaway from the city. There is a small trail leading to a forest nearby,perfect for a small hike throughout the year,when it's not the skiing season. The staff was friendly and available throughout the day."

"Majority of the staff here are very nice, welcoming, and helpful. There are a few who were a little rude however the politeness of the others outshine those interactions by far. Special mention to Triston who was very polite, patient, and insightful throughout our entire trip. Jeremiah was also very nice and helped make our trip special with his suggestions and assistance at the beach. There was also a manager whose name started with a T who welcomed us upon arrival and checked on us to ensure everything was to our liking. From the initial interactions, these staff members helped our group of 6 feel like we were regular visitors at the Verandah although this was our first stay. I would defiantly return and highly recommend a stay here. Sidebar: The food is great and well seasoned!"

The property is very large and sometimes there is a long wait to get a buggy to travel. There could be a few more shaded areas throughout the property especially when waiting for transportation.

"We enjoyed our stay at the bacherhof resort. We were skiing for a few days and enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable beds. The host and the family are very nice and helpful. The location was very good for us, near kaprun /zell am see/saalbach ski areas. Hopefully I'll have the chance to get back again. Thank you for having us Miki & noga"

The meal quality for dinner was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was poor.

"Very helpful and accomodating team in reception and the main restaurant. We loved our room: generously sized, nicely decorated, convenient kitchenette corner. The nature pool was fantastic, and it was great to be able to use resort equipment (snorkeling, bikes, etc). The food was very good, we ate well. 🙂"

We loved the location and food in the beach bar, unfortunately the server there was not very good: not especially friendly or quick.

"It’s stunning. Beauty around every turn. One of the chillest places I’ve ever stayed at in my life."

They aren’t the best at communicating. During our stay the main restaurant was closed we had no idea till we tried to go eat. Wasn’t that the biggest deal because they own another restaurant at the bottom of the hill and took us to and from.
