I wish I could’ve stayed longer. However I wished the shower head had more water power behind it the water ran slowly and it was hard to catch warm and hot water. I would have personally liked air conditioning, however overall it was a nice stay.

Impossible to find, no sign, it's tucked in around the building with many other businesses. Had multiple locals trying to help me find it. Google maps want any help either

The cleanliness and the condition of furniture need an upgrade! The cabinet needs to be ripped out and replaced, stove and items need a deep clean and shower needs a proper shower head sorta spittled as opposed to showered.

"The apartment is clean with well furnished kitchen appliances, a fridge, toaster, kettle, a sofa, TV and king size bed. The place is peaceful with no noise around. There is a PIANO BAR & GRILL next door to the apartment where you can buy drinks or foods. The place is safe and comfortable. There is a food menu in your room to order. There is an iron with ironing board inside the room."

The apartment has poor signage on outside, so not easy to read SKARLETT APARTMENTS when you reach there. With much difficulties you can just read SA somewhere. The display is rather better next door at PIANO BAR & GRILL. It's not guaranteed that you can find the chef present in the kitchen at the time you reach the apartment, so keep some food and drinks with you. No hairdryer seen anywhere. There is no Elevator, so if you are staying at the first floor then someone will help you to carry your luggage by climbing stairs.

"Everything is perfect. The owner and the manager are both super sweet. It’s close to everything while keeping its tranquility. Lots of small common places for everyone to keep the corner if they feel like or social with others."

"The staff was super freindly and you could serve yerself with caffee and tea troughout the whole day without extra charge. The breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but everyone could find something. The pension has a great location, you can reach the old town with a 10-minuta walk. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay."

The beds are a bit too hard, but other than that everything was okay.

Asked the staff for wifi and they tolld me 10 minutes and then i never heard from them again. Later on, I asked the owner for wifi and was basically ignored. You can get cheaper places on the beach with wifi but I will say that it was a comfortable place.

On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

When booking on here, It wasn't too clear about the extra cost of breakfast and also when we arrived, the receptionist told us what time this was but then when we came down for it the next morning, said we had not booked. Needs to be clear on check in and booked then. It would have perhaps been good to have been informed about the wedding taking place when we were there.

"Lovely, very clean place. Well located just up from the ferry piers. Associated with the Hotel Narsaq, so good breakfast there if part of your rate. And staff there always willing to help with questions, etc. Plenty warm, comfortable beds, big windows, pleasant common area, including nice wood deck with view when weather is favorable. Well equipped kitchen."

Not a problem for me on this stay, but I can see, as others have indicated, two bathrooms could be a problem if house were full, bc shower, sink, toilet are together. One couple monopolized lower level bathroom in the a.m., but I was able to go upstairs.

There's not much to not like, The pool was being filled but we still got some water time and they really made us feel like we were at home. Food needs to be ordered ahead of time, which is fine.

"The manager Joseph is excellent and very friendly and makes breakfast a personal experience. It is definately great value! Much nicer than the newly built hotels in the area."

Check-in was lucky more than smooth. I happened to arrive at the same time as another member of staff, otherwise, I did not recieve any check-in information. This made me a little anxious, but actually everything was fine. The have a phone number on the front door, which is clear if they are not there.

This is staff-less hotel which raises some minor concerns around safety and customer service. We were lucky not to have any issues, but it felt strange not to have some one available for questions.

"The room was nice, spacious, plenty of room for my family and I. Breakfast was great, and the water views from the room and restaurant were great. My kids could go swimming in the pool, or go snorkeling directly from the property which was a surprise bonus."

While the kitchen was ok, there were two issues. One, the water was constantly so hot that to wash anything was scary. No cold water there, why? Also, while there was a coffee maker, there was no way to put it on the stove, but the stove didn't work anyway. No gas. That was a disappointment. So, there needs to be cold water in the kitchen sink, and if making the cooktop available, please ensure the gas is on.

I think that the site need more identification of the places, specialy in the night. Too they needs improve the wifi in the rooms.

"Good location by the sea which is not far from the main street of Palau where you can find restaurants and groceries (less than 10 minutes walking). Huge room and comfy beds. The staff is really friendly and he dropped us off at the airport. No complaints"
