"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

This appartment in Bldg 11 is just a few steps away from Nakheel Mall and St-Regis Hotel and also Golden Mile, so everything you may need for the kitchen, restaurants, coffee shops, Beaches is there. A1 property at a descent rate."

Lights are a little bright in the living room area. The appartment would need lamp shades to make the living room more relax.

"The host was extremely helpful and courteous. Property amenities were a welcomed bonus (kayak, stand-up paddle boards, etc.). I would most certainly stay here again!"

One day I heard construction in a neighboring unit. But it didn't last long and wasn't an issue.

"The breakfast, if there was one, was not offered in a clearly identifiable place. That didn't present a particular problem for me, as a nice cafe was open, right down the street."

I had no secure way to drop off the key at check-out, as the code to the box did not work, when I tried it this morning. It worked fine, at check-in. I left the key in the room, which I'd rather not have done.

"We picked up the keys and then we were escorted to the apartment. Everything were explained to us by Peter, who was very friendly. The apartment was very spacious and clean."

Cutlery can be upgraded due to damage by dishwasher. Other than that, everything was perfect. We do not have any other complaints.

The neigbourhood with dogs. Cannot take a walk for exercise and make the living inconvenient.

"So secluded, stunning scenery, right next to the water with a small beach to relax on. Area is very quiet."

A couple of comfortable chairs to relax on the patio would have been nice.

It was challenging to find the location and the entrance to the building because the entrance was not 'on the street' but was 'inside' a courtyard. The pictures that the agent sent were not that exact. It was also a challenge because I did not have mobile service so I couldn't use google maps. After I booked the apartment, I made a number of attempts over the course of at least two days to contact the rental company via their WhatsApp number to ascertain the exact address. It took, I believe, me threatening to give them a bad review to get them to respond. Finally, the agent told me that the site that I booked wouldn't be available for the days that I requested. If so, then why wasn't that apartment blocked for those days? When I finally was able to contact the rental company agent, she said that another, similar apartment, near the original one, was available. I agreed to switch. Upon arrival near that second address, the agent was available via mobile phone. Fortunately, I was with a friend who had mobile service and could call her otherwise I would have been walking around the block because the entrance, as I said above, was not 'on the street' but inside a courtyard. I suggest a picture from the outside of the entrance to the elevators and one of the 'guard' shack where you get the key to the apartment.

"Apartamento totalmente remodelado, tem uma óptima localização mesmo perto da praia. A cozinha está bem equipada. A chave tem que se ir buscar ao café “Amadeu” onde o Sr. que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e atencioso."

A limpeza podia ser melhor.

"It was like having your own home for a week, which was good. A microwave oven was not supplied, but this may have been because it needed replacing. The owner responded to our request for assistance very promptly, on the one occasion we reported a problem."

"The facilities are secure and exceptionally clean with a private entrance to own accommodation. Parking is available and there is a lovely garden to relax in. Lolo and Simba communicated very well from when we booked till we settled in and checked if we were comfortable with our stay. Thumbs up to Shepherd the facilitator, he is quite a hospitable gentleman."

"The property was charming, obviously an example of a typical village dwelling. It was very convenient to have a laundry on the premises that we could use as necessary."

"Very comfortable three-bedroom house with excellent facilities - everything worked well (air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, hot water, wifi, Netflix on TV). Good location with easy street parking. Beautiful flowers in the yard. We even got to enjoy the neighbor's cat, who stopped by for frequent visits. Great place to relax!"

"This is a very quiet, clean and confortable place one bloc from the national hospital. It is even possible to cook with private kitchenette with bridge and sink in the room. Room is fully equipped with tv and sitting space. Very good value."

We would just appreciate to have a bigger bed (120cm)... We already plan to come back. Obrigado barak Antonitu and everyone

"We absolutely loved staying at Bolholt apartments, so much so that we were sad to leave. The location was a little out of the centre but the public transport made it extremely easy and fast to get wherever we wanted to go that it wasn't a problem. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again."

We had some noisy neighbours in one of the apartments adjacent to ours but that is totally out of the control of the management. People should learn to be a bit more considerate at 3am in the morning that's all.

"It was great to stay here on my way from Semonkong to Maseru. It was great to be able to recharge my batteries. Also, the cottage is in a beautiful setting and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Such a great place to stay. If I pass by the area again, I will definitely stay here again."
