"Our host was perfect! He really thought of a lot of extras that made our visit special. Fruit and nut dish, free bikes to use, local visitor information, full kitchen, and a very comfortable space. Easy walking distance to nearby shops, or a bit further to reach Ghent City Center. We really loved our stay there and highly recommend."

"Fantastic flat everything you could need Inc air conditioning and a lift so no stairs . Check in was easy Dirk the host explained everything and gave us good tips on where to go for sightseeing and shopping. Would be my first choice when I return to Gent"

"The property was beautifully designed and equipped including an excellent kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was both cozy and airy, and very thoughtfully designed. The owner, Dirk, provided an ample supply of fresh fruit and nuts, as well as a small bottle of sparkling wine. The property was the penthouse at the top of the building, with an elevator making access very easy. The location was very convenient to the train station and many interesting sights. DIrk provided a map and recommended several places to visit."

"Host gave us a lot of helpful information but is not actually available on the premises. The neighborhood can be noisy well into the night, but it isn't really a problem on the third floor."

"Lovely and very spacious, our apartment was decorated beautifully and had a dishwasher, washing machine and a bath 😊 The host is extremely friendly and very thorough and helpful at all times. You are close to a very good supermarket. The apartment has good heating and bicycles were available. The lift is great at the end of the day but be aware there are about seven steps if you have mobility issues."

"Two nights were disturbed by noisy young people drinking? in an area near the apartment so that can happen. We suspect it may have been end of exams. Nothing to do with the apartment of course. The location is a fair distance out of the main part of town but certainly walkable, which suited us, and there are the bicycles if you are brave. We weren't."

"Loved the modern design and full kitchen, laundry facilities, balcony, and view. Very comfortable bed, great shower, air conditioning, and convenience to city centre and galleries."

"The steep stairs to the top floor are a bit precarious but there is a small elevator. We could have used some info about recycling and what can be composted!"

"The location was fine for us but it is a little way from the city centre. It is however very convenient to the station and close to some key sites."

"The apartment was lovely, within walking distance of the historic centre and St-Pieters train station, and the area felt very safe. Communication was excellent, and Dirk was on hand at check-in with a tourist map and suggestions for things to do. A basket of fruit and nuts and a small bottle of Cava was provided free of charge, which was a nice touch!"
