"Best of both worlds: large apartments, hotel service, large beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. A very cozy place , very little people around, very friendly staff. Walking distance from Ascona. We were in a rush while leaving and forgot few things at the hotel.. and they sent those back to our home address without any fees."

a bit outdated furniture.. and wifi wasn't equally accessible in all rooms... but that's a minor detail.

Toilet didn’t flush at the start of my trip. Needed to be repaired. Rooms are older and could use basic updating.

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

We loved everything about it.

"Mr. Keith was knowledgeable and attentive. The location of the property was perfect. It was so easy to get to all the attractions, beaches, or falls was right there. Honestly, I wish if I could spend another week. The community was so peaceful day and night. I love it here, too bad nothing last forever I really do miss there."

The first house broken refrigerator, but Mr. Keith was able to solve the problem asap.

"We arrived with friends, quickly found the hotel, asked the reception for the floor and went up We were met quite quickly and dealt with the registration in a couple of minutes, after which they gave the keys and we got into the room The room was clean, comfortable, everything we needed, we all enjoyed our stay in it"

The room was not the one with rock stars, but it was not critical for us, although it would be a nice bonus

The pools are a little small but the resort isn’t too big so they were not overly busy, they have cushions on the sun lounges so they were quite uncomfortable.

"The swimming pool was very nice, especially in the night with the blue light. It is exactly what you see on the website and not dissapointing."

The distance from town and the main road is too long.

"One gets into the apartment via a fence on the left of the building shown in the photo. One has to call the host, and they open the main door and the room door, where you can then pick up keys on a desk. The host was super responsive, available and nice, and even let us check-out one hour later, which was wonderful. The apartment itself was quite nice, with all the facilities we needed, and the location was incredible, just some minutes away from the Christmas market square. We even managed to use the TV to watch a series."

It is a bit complicated to shower without water going beyond the shower limits, but it was no big deal.

"The room was huge and the location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. Plenty of hot water available. The room was clean and spacious. There's a restaurant on the upper floors and breakfast options if you spontaneously decide to have breakfast at the hotel. There's also a cafe at the reception where you can grab a coffee. Overall, had a nice stay at this property."

Just note that you're in the heart of Osu, so expect loud music and parties, especially during the weekend. Bring earplugs!

"The staff meet us at the front office with all the keys and explained to me everything about the location. She took me around the facilities. There were two local eateries in the area. We went to one and it was great. It was my granddaughter birthday so the staff left a vas of flowers and a happy birthday card."

The prices of the meals very high even kids' meals. However, we went to the supermarket and eat in two night.

"Location was great. Room size was great. In service laundry was great. Everything was good that was needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was good and the staff was wonderful. The security always greeted me and it was nice."

The rooms are outdated and sometimes have little critters. The neighborhood at night is not child friendly with so many escorts around. The water in the bathroom is brown probably due to old pipes but unable to take a bath due to it being brown. The fridge stop working at one point but somehow fixed it. There are no electrical outlets near the desk at the windows unless it’s behind the tv.

"The best thing of this apartment is the proximity to the beach. It has all the commodities you might need for 2 people, you can even cook there."

The room was rather small and it's confusing how you need to take out the garbage, The bins do not work without a card, the owner didn't explain how to do it. I stayed there with my husband and there were 2 separate mattresses put together, and that was a bit uncomfortable. The owners could also add some beach equipment for their guests, like a chair, towels or something for the wind, since it can get really windy there.

More than just marmalade for jam and fewer disposable small packages of things like butter, jam, and yoghurt

"Good resort with multiple apartment buildings. We got huge 100m2 apartment on second floor with sea view. Parking is on the ground floor. Resort has good pool working till 21.00. Down the hill 100 meters to the beach. Cristal clear water but with small jellyfishes, not hurting when touches. Free tennis courts with free rockets/balls."

"The place, location, restaurant and facilities were fantastic, the owners could not have been more helpful. The beach is only a few meters from the property and everything you may require for a stay is within walking distance."

There was nothing to dislike staying at this property, possibly, the best place I have traveled to, I would not hesitate to recommend it.
