Campgrounds in Belgium

"Beautiful bungalow with all the animities you need or even more. You could cook or watch TV, enjoy the nature from the beautiful Terrasse."

The way to get there is very adventurous. I arrived in the dark and I wasn't really sure I am at the right place because of the road. Quite scary.

The Yurts are a bit smelly, and very basic

"First of all you gotta know that this is not a hostel but a sauna. Look at yt to understand this concept first so you dont get disappointed. I was just happy to take a break at this place between my two flights. Its near the airport, free shuttles bus, the receptionist was nice and tried her best to help me around. I had a decent sleep. Slept on that mattress with the heated floor like a lizard. I was super happy. Recommend you to take the blanket with you from airplane if you got one haha."

Its inside the building, dont get lost.

"The property was cozy and clean. Cabin was nice and warm on cold days. Clean bathrooms! Really lovely to stay here. It’s a camp but I stayed for business. Service was extremely friendly and the breakfast was unreal. Pick your pannenkoenen and enjoy. I mean just a fantastic way to start the day."

Bathrooms are detached and a little cramped, but that is really what was advertised and also it’s supposed to be a camp, so having a warm shower is actually a bonus. Reminder they are nice and clean. I didn’t feel a need for shower shoes, it was cleaner than my hotel bathroom that I stayed in the night before.

"Verwacht geen luxe 5 sterren accommodatie maar 5 sterren gastvrijheid en gezelligheid. Bovendien is alles schoon. Niets is teveel voor de eigenaren."

Ach, op elke camping zijn wel klusjes die blijven liggen.

"Nice campsite at Kolpa river, exactly on the side of the river. There are places for tents and caravans and also mobile homes. View is perfect, I also like the restaurant. Mobile homes are quite small, but okay for a couple of days."

With a little bit of renovations would be great place.

"Everything about this place was wonderful! The inside of the trailer had everything we needed. The welcoming baskets were adorable. The outside setup had exactly the vibe we were looking for."

"Staff was unbelievably lovely and flexible. They fruit and vegetables where homegrown and super tasty. And the sunset stunning! We would have loved to stay longer."

"Location was close enough to downtown Lisbon (we had a car, which I recomment for this place) and yet with a nice forest ambiance - so you're in the woods but close to everything. The bungalow size and layout were sufficient and infrastructure worked."

Some finishings and surfaces are getting a bit deteriorated but still looking fine. There were a few insects that could get into my bedroom on the last night.

"We made use of the campsite. The food was amazing and we were very happy to make use of the outdoor shower and having our hiking clothes washed. Back on the trail feeling refreshed! The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Very nice option in Fort Portal. I stayed in the dorm (although I was the only guest), it was quite spacious for 6 beds. Really beautiful gardens and common areas, with lots of options for relaxing and enjoying some peace. Good food and service for breakfast and dinner as well."

"The possibility to be in a quiet environment and surround by amazing scenery. BBQ place is great, to cook a stake in fire. The homes are spacious and warm inside."

The bathtub was a small one, considering all the extra space they have. Could have put a normal bathtub. Also the sofa was extremely old.

"Coming here feels like an escape from the chaos of life. You get a luxurious camp experience with the backdrop of what can only be described as a painting. This is now my second time staying in a dome, which is extremely clean, comfortable, and private. Eating a 5 star dinner, prepared by a clearly experienced chef is followed by a woodfired hottub at sunset. There are various hiking trails to check out in the day time, or go for a ride on the off-road buggies! Ten out of ten, highly recommend. It's now my favorite mountain escape in Montenegro, absolutely must experience!"

"A very authentic experience, with typical Mongolian food and a real traditional ger. The manager was very helpful in setting up activities and transportation and speaks good English. We especially enjoyed the home visit and the Eagle."

Beds are pretty hard—I was glad I had a camping mattress with me. Showers were hot but low pressure. It’s not a luxury resort but it was wonderfully relaxing.

"The villa setup, the swimming pools (especially for our daughters), being 7 to 10 minutes walk from the beach and the shops, but especially the owners (Mr. & Mrs. Moorghen). They are exceptional hosts and everything in their bungalow is touched with thoughtfulness. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. In essence with a family of 8, the four room villa was ideal and cosy. A home away from home comfy feel."

I asked my daughters. One thing they did not like... Time to go back home. 😛

"The restaurant is right on the water - and the food is worth it! Home cooked goodness. I’m glad we ate there rather than trying other options. Quiet at night and plenty of parking."

It was hard to find the exact turn off the highway at night - we arrived on the first day of the time change so it was pitch black (earlier than we thought). Construction signage was a little confusing.

"nice location in village type neighborhood quiet walkable distance to the dunes the tents are neat beds are comfortable bathroom has hot water and clean the whole area the food is very fine with the vegetarian option as well the host is a very nice helpful humble man you can rely on him without any fear"

"The campsite has an astonishing view of the lake Manyara and the national park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The unique igloos have a pleasant interior atmosphere and are comfortable to sleep in. The campsite is ideally located for visiting the various national parks in the region. The restaurant serves excellent food."

It's hard to say anything negative.
