"Great location. Super friendly staff who provided a warm welcome and farewell. Since there were only a few guests, they upgraded our rooms to exceptional ones. Excellent activities and dinner. Cozy fireplace at night. A fantastic experience. Definitely worth repeating and highly recommended."

"One of the best places you’ll ever stay at ! The grounds are beautifully lush, the little house is super comfortable with its own patio and outdoor kitchen, and the pool is amazing. They also have a shared full kitchen which guests can use, as well as excellent coffee available 24/7. It’s a family run business with wonderful staff. I’m a bad sleeper and really appreciated that the room is quiet at night (despite being in the jungle), dark when you close the shades, and nice and cool with AC and a fan. The location is central to explore the island, but you do need a car (and reserve it well in advance : all car rental services were sold out for our stay during carnival…)."

Bathroom needs some fixing.

"The location is fantastic - right on the beach. The accommodation had all the basic amenities. Felt safe with good security. We were able to meet our basic daily food needs such as bread (pao), fish and prawns through local traders visiting the lodge. Staff were always polite and friendly."

No internet connection because of a cyclone a few weeks earlier. Had to buy our own airtime. A portable fan in the living room would be great.

"I always feel so safe when I stay here. The staff is always available for all your needs. Jennifer even washed our clothes for us. The owner is very professional and always makes sure our stay is comfortable. There is a hugh shopping center right down the street that has everything you could need. The price is great for how big the apartment is."

"We ate evening meals at Salz. I appreciated looking forward to a delicious local meals served to us. There were other rooms and we met other travellers. There was the opportunity for privacy by our room and the opportunity to interact with others. The hosts are lovely, kind and considerate people with whom I enjoyed talking."

"Our stay was truly amazing! The cabin is stunning, cozy, clean, and perfect with breathtaking mountain views. The Manager and hosts were warm and thoughtful, and every detail was great! The food were delicious and the service was outstanding. This place is fantastic! We can’t wait to come back!"

"It is a big camping site. Clean and beautiful chalets, good activities to do around. Staff and emergency number were prompt and helpful."

Heating water in shower/kitchen issue was there, delayed our departure. Salt and pepper were not there, more coffee/tea/sugar etc would be better.

"The property is private and safe and situated across the street from the ocean and directly on the lagoon. It is serene and the locals fish in the mornings as kids from the neighboring village frolic in the water for fun. The pool is inviting and the breakfast every morning is good. Herman the care taker is the kindest person and a true asset to the team. He made our stay excellent! They provide kayaks and an SUP for enjoyment. The lodges are beautiful!!"

The treehouse has the restroom downstairs and they didn’t turn on the tiki torches or spray inside before we moved over there so the shower and restroom were full of mosquitoes. They don’t have a restaurant for lunch or dinner options available so you must leave the property for food, spa or grocery. The could offer an activity like bonfire or local tours.

"All, It is a very quiet and safe place. Very clean and above all with a staff that provides support, security and confidence to people. Very good treatment."

A little far from where the meeting was, but it wasn't a problem

"Location, good staff. Helpful and very servicial and trustworthy. (We left few things in the room and the housekeeping lady called us in the phone. Was surprised this is a first for me)"

The bathroom door was broken. The room had one fan, but was not big or powerful enough for the room even with fret temperature outside 12-16 degrees Celsius. And the bed was not comfortable at all, prob need replacing.

"Great ambiance and luxurious lodge in the desert. Staff were great, as was the food. Having a drink overlooking their waterhole as the sun went down was a treat.Very handy to Etosha pan entrance. Loved it!"

The big bugs that dive bomb at night are a bit disconcerting,but the lodge cant control nature!

"The staff are good. They can pick you up from airport, though in Niue you really had better rent a car! Kitchen had enough tools to cook with. Bathroom had all one needs. Walking distance from food, bank. You can befriend other guests, if you are lucky!"

Bring an outlet converter with USB ports, or you won't be able to recharge your phone and use the fan at the same time.

The log cabin accommodation was warm, comfortable and beautifully unique in the attention to detail, artistically designed carved wood, stretched leather, fur chair and stone framed mirror. Husky ride was fun learning about their training from friendly staff. Highly recommended for a comfortable and unique experience."

Couldn’t improve this stay it was excellent. Just wish I could have stayed longer.
