Some aspects could improve : tennis equipment available for their tennis court, towels a bit old , free shuttle bus instead of charging for it ( airport is very near) .

I love everything about the place

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

The downstairs bedroom bathroom faucet was a bit too short for that clear sink. And the bedroom didn't have a TV 😭

"The facilities are secure and exceptionally clean with a private entrance to own accommodation. Parking is available and there is a lovely garden to relax in. Lolo and Simba communicated very well from when we booked till we settled in and checked if we were comfortable with our stay. Thumbs up to Shepherd the facilitator, he is quite a hospitable gentleman."

"We picked up the keys and then we were escorted to the apartment. Everything were explained to us by Peter, who was very friendly. The apartment was very spacious and clean."

Cutlery can be upgraded due to damage by dishwasher. Other than that, everything was perfect. We do not have any other complaints.

Рядом рифы с огромным количеством местных рыбок разного размера и цвета, поэтому берите с собой маску. Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.

Easy access to marina activities. Awesome snorkeling. Beach bar, cafe & sudis were excellent and easy to walk to. Gideon was so nice & set up beach chairs for us every day. Was a great family vacation."

"Everything was excellent, my room was super clean, each and every thing were new and perfect. it was close to the touristic areas. If I want to visit Dushanbe, for sure I'll choose Sunrise. Thank you."

"A big apartment, Kept spotlessly clean. Very convenient to restaurants and a 10 minute walk from CTM bus station."

Bed very hard- blankets and sheets instead of duvet.

"The property is the most spacious and tidy one we stayed in Tashkent compared to other hotels with same prices. Although it’s located near a main road but no traffic noise bothered me."

The only thing is that you will need to store your luggage in a chained hostel with 10min. Anyway, that road is flat and beautiful so enjoyed the walk too :)

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"The reception was open late and they held our bags when we arrived early and they were getting ready for our early check in."

The room fan was broken and very loud and the toilet made more noise than it should.

"We absolutely loved staying at Bolholt apartments, so much so that we were sad to leave. The location was a little out of the centre but the public transport made it extremely easy and fast to get wherever we wanted to go that it wasn't a problem. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again."

We had some noisy neighbours in one of the apartments adjacent to ours but that is totally out of the control of the management. People should learn to be a bit more considerate at 3am in the morning that's all.

"The host was extremely helpful and courteous. Property amenities were a welcomed bonus (kayak, stand-up paddle boards, etc.). I would most certainly stay here again!"

One day I heard construction in a neighboring unit. But it didn't last long and wasn't an issue.
