"Our hosts Svetlana and Aleksander were flexible with the timing, very friendly, explained everything, checked us in and out. The apartment looks spotless, is a new building, with elevator, very clean, very modern. Underground parking was a plus, very safe. It is a few hundred meters from the city centre, more quiet, with parks and green trees around. Really loved the place and our morning coffee on the balcony. We had a kitchenette and all was spotless."

There were stairs to our room. We had to carry a heavy piece of luggage up to the room - would not recommend. The floors are made of wood planks that are not sealed. There is definitely opportunity for critters to enter throught the floor boards. Nothing happened for us, but there is this potential.

"Very comfortable three-bedroom house with excellent facilities - everything worked well (air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, hot water, wifi, Netflix on TV). Good location with easy street parking. Beautiful flowers in the yard. We even got to enjoy the neighbor's cat, who stopped by for frequent visits. Great place to relax!"

The neighborhood wasn't the most upscale, but it was generally safe and conveniently close to many popular attractions. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was frequently unreliable, so I had to rely on my mobile data.

"The breakfast, if there was one, was not offered in a clearly identifiable place. That didn't present a particular problem for me, as a nice cafe was open, right down the street."

I had no secure way to drop off the key at check-out, as the code to the box did not work, when I tried it this morning. It worked fine, at check-in. I left the key in the room, which I'd rather not have done.

"Owner always answered the phone. Wife met us there and they helped the taxi find the place. They provided key and gave a tour of the apartment. Quiet location. There are a couple of shops close by and is a walking distance to main road to take taxis"

Master bathroom shower was very hard to get to. Not their fault just how it was built.

"The apartments are located very close to the city center with many restaurants and a convinience store in walking distance. room had a laundry machine and each day the laundry tablets were restocked and the room was cleaned. we were also allowed to leave our luggage in the reception after checking out for free."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"Great access via various public transportation. Lots of natural lights in the room and decent city/mountain view with solid curtains for evenings. Lightings are separated and controllable in each section of the room. Microwave, fridge and a kettle make your life easy. Minimum yet functional cutlery. Victoria Park is nearby and a great children’s playground is available!"

Hair dryer cannot be used in the bathroom. There’s no dish washing tools, detergent, or tea towels.

"Most everything. Very good location and we enjoyed our stay so much, we would love to go back next year for a months stay."

Getting through the gate was hard the first time but easy after that. The chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on.

"The location was very convenient. I really love the ocean view and especially hearing the ocean splashes everyday during my stay, it was really breathtaking, relaxation and good service. Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I'm in love with this island especially in Westpunt!"

I do not really have any complaints about anything, because all of my wishes have been granted during my stay. So I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work and service! Everything was just perfect!

Location a bit far from downtown. It's not a problem for us, but some people may prefer to stay downtown.

"It was wonderful experience to stay there.I booked for one day but stay there two days. Mr Abrar and caretaker were helpful. Location was also good."

Nothing to don't like

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

Had to buy most necessities (hand soap, tissue, trash bags), but store was in walking distance. AC was blowing out ice and dripping in the kitchen possibly from condensation.

You can hear the neighborhood dogs and other apartments’ tenants during your stay, but that can’t be helped. As long as you can sleep with a little noise, this place is a gem!
