Not their fault, but the internet on Palau is a bit weak - couldn't download my merlin app (same thing everywhere - not just at Ngermid Oasis).

"We picked up the keys and then we were escorted to the apartment. Everything were explained to us by Peter, who was very friendly. The apartment was very spacious and clean."

Cutlery can be upgraded due to damage by dishwasher. Other than that, everything was perfect. We do not have any other complaints.

The host was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us choose the best hiking and biking trips in the area—being an active sports enthusiast himself, his tips were spot on for exploring Liechtenstein. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we loved that it was close to a store, making it easy to just walk over for groceries. There was ample parking, the kitchen was very well appointed, and we always had plenty of natural light. All in all, a perfect stay—definitely five stars!"

The room fan was broken and very loud and the toilet made more noise than it should.

"The villa is super big, clean, very well equiped, with pool, ping pong, and jacuzzi. Amazing view from bosnia to crostia. The owner live next door but respect privacy and were absolutely ok with us making "as much noise as we want". The price is more than ok for big groups, even for students. They did not charge us for late check out, despite we did not succeed to wake up on time. Thank you so much"

One day I heard construction in a neighboring unit. But it didn't last long and wasn't an issue.

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

The neighborhood wasn't the most upscale, but it was generally safe and conveniently close to many popular attractions. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was frequently unreliable, so I had to rely on my mobile data.

"the 2 bedroom apartment was huge and very comfortable , it was a great stay . the venue of the hotel was also very central and the surrounding area was nice and windy"

in room 518 , the room that we had stayed , the master bedroom bathroom looks a bit run down especially the bathtub which as been chipped . this is the first hotel that i have stayed which does not provide shower caps which seems really weird as its a 5 star hotel

"We stayed here before and after our trip to Legoland. Host was very kind and helpful. Easy check-in and checkout. Private parking space. Studio Apartament was cozy. Some books and games available. Also a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules , and tea as well. There are some really good bakeries nearby, ideal for breakfast and sweets."

Cleaning was done only on surface (superficial). Studio appartment is rather small. Quite expensive for what it offers

"Eco-friendly location, very clean, slept peacefully and comfortably, owner is very nice and helpful. Definitely relaxed here with my mom which was our goal. Also it's a relatively short walk down to main street, my mom is elderly and we even walked down to the public beach with no problems. Even though she doesn't allow pesticides, we didn't see one roach, fly or mosquito during our stay."

Make sure you talk to the owner about the size and amenities of tour cabin. I honestly can't complain, our stay was well fitted to our needs.

To find somewhere quite private, 2 bedrooms with self-catering was a bonus. There aren't too many places that fit that criteria on the Island. Slightly out of town, but that's still very close on Norfolk. Norfolk is very different. Very nice. We can see why so many people get drawn there. 9 days was just enough. Very clean and well equipped."

Was all good. Anyone who finds fault here clearly shouldn't go to Norfolk.
