Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"Very comfortable three-bedroom house with excellent facilities - everything worked well (air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, hot water, wifi, Netflix on TV). Good location with easy street parking. Beautiful flowers in the yard. We even got to enjoy the neighbor's cat, who stopped by for frequent visits. Great place to relax!"

"We picked up the keys and then we were escorted to the apartment. Everything were explained to us by Peter, who was very friendly. The apartment was very spacious and clean."

Cutlery can be upgraded due to damage by dishwasher. Other than that, everything was perfect. We do not have any other complaints.

Location a bit far from downtown. It's not a problem for us, but some people may prefer to stay downtown.

"Everything was excellent, my room was super clean, each and every thing were new and perfect. it was close to the touristic areas. If I want to visit Dushanbe, for sure I'll choose Sunrise. Thank you."

"It was like having your own home for a week, which was good. A microwave oven was not supplied, but this may have been because it needed replacing. The owner responded to our request for assistance very promptly, on the one occasion we reported a problem."

"We absolutely loved staying at Bolholt apartments, so much so that we were sad to leave. The location was a little out of the centre but the public transport made it extremely easy and fast to get wherever we wanted to go that it wasn't a problem. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again."

We had some noisy neighbours in one of the apartments adjacent to ours but that is totally out of the control of the management. People should learn to be a bit more considerate at 3am in the morning that's all.

"I stayed in multiple hotels/airbnbs on all 3 islands and this place was my favorite. Sean was a great host, very helpful and responsive. He helped arrange transportation and held my luggage before heading to the airport. The apartment was clean, had hot water (other Airbnb’s did not), and good AC. Kitchen was good for cooking basic breakfast with the provided daily eggs and baked goods. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay a short walk from the busy pier, you’ve found the perfect place."

"I had such a great time at the Buttercup Airbnb! The staff was amazing—by the end of my 8-day stay, I honestly felt like I had gained another family. The place was spotless, and everything was even cleaner and nicer than I expected. I also really appreciated how they checked in on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The only funny part was the roosters—they made it their mission to wake me up every morning! But honestly, it just became part of the experience, and it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. I’d definitely go back again! It was a delightful stay!"

"The house has 9 apartments. Mine was a studio on the lower part and facing the ocean sideways. I had a small terrasse. It was super quite, had a lovely view onto the ocean. The studio is spacious. the kitchenette is fair. It had a toaster, coffee maker and a microwave. The "oven and stove" were two hotplates and a small oven in one. It was ok. Did sort of the trick. Could not adjust heat. Took quite a while to heat up and operate it, wasnt that easy because the markings were a bit off already. In addition, i got an electric shock because something didnt work proberly. The shower was great, but make sure you shower on time, because there is not unlimited hot / warm water ... first day, there was none. i learned they only have a large tank. Otherwise the owners were super friendly, helpful, kind and tried to make everything work. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and found the location, the amenities, space and the apartment overall really nice and convenient."

"The size of the apartment is great. The location between Baie des citrons and Anse Vata is excellent. The snorkelling across the road at Baie des Citrons is excellent, and the aquarium nearby is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and it is a short drive (or medium walk) to get to a supermarket."

The weather was hot and there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was hard to keep the apartment cool and the air conditioners struggled to keep up. The apartment itself is starting to be quite dated. When it was windy outside the balcony doors had a noisy whistle that was disruptive.

Getting through the gate was hard the first time but easy after that. The chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on.

in room 518 , the room that we had stayed , the master bedroom bathroom looks a bit run down especially the bathtub which as been chipped . this is the first hotel that i have stayed which does not provide shower caps which seems really weird as its a 5 star hotel

I had no secure way to drop off the key at check-out, as the code to the box did not work, when I tried it this morning. It worked fine, at check-in. I left the key in the room, which I'd rather not have done.

"It was great to stay here on my way from Semonkong to Maseru. It was great to be able to recharge my batteries. Also, the cottage is in a beautiful setting and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Such a great place to stay. If I pass by the area again, I will definitely stay here again."

"Our hosts Svetlana and Aleksander were flexible with the timing, very friendly, explained everything, checked us in and out. The apartment looks spotless, is a new building, with elevator, very clean, very modern. Underground parking was a plus, very safe. It is a few hundred meters from the city centre, more quiet, with parks and green trees around. Really loved the place and our morning coffee on the balcony. We had a kitchenette and all was spotless."

"We loved everything. We had had an unpleasant experience on another platform so we were extremely cautious when coming. The security door was also a great idea."

The cooker didn't work

"The nice host Seyfu we became good friends. They provided excellent food and coffee. 5 minutes walk from the churches and market. I would stay here any time I come back. Highly recommended with home atmosphere."

"The facilities are secure and exceptionally clean with a private entrance to own accommodation. Parking is available and there is a lovely garden to relax in. Lolo and Simba communicated very well from when we booked till we settled in and checked if we were comfortable with our stay. Thumbs up to Shepherd the facilitator, he is quite a hospitable gentleman."
