There were stairs to our room. We had to carry a heavy piece of luggage up to the room - would not recommend. The floors are made of wood planks that are not sealed. There is definitely opportunity for critters to enter throught the floor boards. Nothing happened for us, but there is this potential.

Internet access is frequently down.

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"Location is perfect for visitors on vacation, everything is within 3 minutes walking distance, restaurants, sightseeing spots, you just name it, you get it. The owners/caretakers of this property is so awesome and helpful on all ways, they are wonderful people, i like them."

"It was a great location in Cobbs Cross, peaceful and quiet but close enough to walk to English Harbour and access the restaurants and bars there. The verandah was excellent with beautiful views of the harbour and the sounds of the tropical birds and tree frogs. Very clean and well equipped apartment, even with a cooler to take to the beach, which was useful. The bedroom was air conditioned which was great for sleeping. Danilo and Orietta were very welcoming and available for any questions. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Antigua!"

The host was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us choose the best hiking and biking trips in the area—being an active sports enthusiast himself, his tips were spot on for exploring Liechtenstein. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we loved that it was close to a store, making it easy to just walk over for groceries. There was ample parking, the kitchen was very well appointed, and we always had plenty of natural light. All in all, a perfect stay—definitely five stars!"

"The guest house is exceptionally well-managed, and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. We wish we had the chance to extend our stay and explore more of the area. Conveniently located near a JR station, the house is just a 10-minute walk away. Even though we arrived quite late, the host greeted us at the station and kindly offered to transport our luggage to their house. The house is spacious, modernly furnished, and tastefully decorated."

One day I heard construction in a neighboring unit. But it didn't last long and wasn't an issue.

"Great room. Big , clean , well maintained . Good breakfast . Very good swimming pool . Very comfortable beds ."

Some aspects could improve : tennis equipment available for their tennis court, towels a bit old , free shuttle bus instead of charging for it ( airport is very near) .

Not their fault, but the internet on Palau is a bit weak - couldn't download my merlin app (same thing everywhere - not just at Ngermid Oasis).

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

"They gave us everything we asked for. We needed a small workspace which they didn't have and they provided one in no time."

Internet in all of Egypt is not up there yet

"A lovely island of peace and tranquility in an otherwise busy Moroni. If it’s available on your dates, you’re in luck—don’t hesitate. This is by far the best you can get in this price category in the area. It’s a family-run guesthouse, and the owners do a great job maintaining a high standard, with uninterrupted water, electricity, and internet, which is not a given on the island. The décor is very attractive, especially in the restaurant area—you’ll be amazed."

The fridge was very old and kitchen hood as well, The window of the master bedroom was not closing so we had issue with the street noise at night.

Cutlery can be upgraded due to damage by dishwasher. Other than that, everything was perfect. We do not have any other complaints.

The owner live next door but respect privacy and were absolutely ok with us making "as much noise as we want". The price is more than ok for big groups, even for students. They did not charge us for late check out, despite we did not succeed to wake up on time. Thank you so much"

The breakfast was amazing, individually served with eggs to order. It started with a large fruit plate each morning and included yogurt, eggs, toast, jams, a pitcher of fresh juice, a bottle of water, and hot water for coffee or tea. As for location, while quite a hike from the nearest beaches at Beau Vallon, there was a small rainforest right behind our building with a rushing brook coming down the mountainside. It was all very beautiful and the natural sounds were awesome. I've attached a few photos."

Only one small thing: I wish that the shower had a small barrier in the open space between the glass and the wall, to keep water from escaping into the otherwise spacious bathroom.

"This is a very quiet, clean and confortable place one bloc from the national hospital. It is even possible to cook with private kitchenette with bridge and sink in the room. Room is fully equipped with tv and sitting space. Very good value."

Demi and her husband were quite nice and helpful during my entire stay, i was even offered rides to go to my destinations, which was beyond helpful."
