"Дуже гарно що була машина для прання. В таку жару декілька разів прали одяг. Балкон в тихий двір те що треба. Вход по коду теж супер що не треба одні ключі ділити на двох. Якщоб ще можна було використовувати підземний паркінг за окрему плату булоб супер. А так невелика квартира зі всім що було треба. Можна ще раз відвідати. Парковка загальна біля дому,"

В останій день відкрили шафу зі стаканами, і були розбиті склянки,а це каже про те що ніхто іх не мив. Або прибиральниця розбила і залишила щоб списати з відпочіваючіх. Золог повернули нічого не списували бо синули фото як знайшли розбиті стакани. Не хватало шампуня та мила. Хитався унітаз.

"Unbeatable! Great location (near Gulshan 1 roundabout), huge self-contained apartments (80sqm), breakfast buffet and even a free airport pick-up included. I think all rooms have bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with flatscreen TV. Staff were outstanding, especially Anisur"

sitting on the balcony you look in the eyes of neighbours in the opposite balcony. ;) minor issue if neighbours are are pretty. All good.

"The size of the apartment is great. The location between Baie des citrons and Anse Vata is excellent. The snorkelling across the road at Baie des Citrons is excellent, and the aquarium nearby is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and it is a short drive (or medium walk) to get to a supermarket."

The weather was hot and there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was hard to keep the apartment cool and the air conditioners struggled to keep up. The apartment itself is starting to be quite dated. When it was windy outside the balcony doors had a noisy whistle that was disruptive.

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"My second time to stay at Adulo Apts. As with my first stay, staff are very friendly and helpful with information. There was a room mix up on our first night which quickly got resolved by the supervisor. The room was very clean, we found the beds to be comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. The pool was a bonus. It was no more than a 10 min walk to the main street where Rockley Beach, restaurants and the bus stop are located. We took the bus to Oistins, Holetown etc.. There are 2 restaurants right by Adulo - Shakers (reservations recommended) and Madison Landis Bistro. There are more restaurants along the main street including a mini mart. We took a taxi to and from the airport ($35 USD each way). Would stay here again."

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"The guest house is exceptionally well-managed, and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. We wish we had the chance to extend our stay and explore more of the area. Conveniently located near a JR station, the house is just a 10-minute walk away. Even though we arrived quite late, the host greeted us at the station and kindly offered to transport our luggage to their house. The house is spacious, modernly furnished, and tastefully decorated."

"It was a great location in Cobbs Cross, peaceful and quiet but close enough to walk to English Harbour and access the restaurants and bars there. The verandah was excellent with beautiful views of the harbour and the sounds of the tropical birds and tree frogs. Very clean and well equipped apartment, even with a cooler to take to the beach, which was useful. The bedroom was air conditioned which was great for sleeping. Danilo and Orietta were very welcoming and available for any questions. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Antigua!"

Good location

"The apartment is very spacious and clean, it's very central and very near to Plaza Murillo. But what I like best above all is the kindness of Mariana and Roberto since I arrived until I departed. They are very helpful and makes me feel like I'm home. Definitely would recommend to everyone coming to La Paz!"

"This studio apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. It was good to have a mini kitchen, large tv screen (with Netflix!) and lift. The highlight was the fantastic view of the city at night. One of the hosts (Charles) spoke English which was helpful. They organised airport transfers for me (for a fee). Daily cleaning was included. The location is in Plateau, which is near the Pyramid. It is very quiet and empty on Sundays there."

The amenities list included a washing machine and coffee maker, neither of which were there. To his credit, Charles offered to do my washing for free and attempted to get a coffee machine for me to use (I ended up using my own strainer though). I recommend the amenities list is updated to be accurate.

"The apartments are located very close to the city center with many restaurants and a convinience store in walking distance. room had a laundry machine and each day the laundry tablets were restocked and the room was cleaned. we were also allowed to leave our luggage in the reception after checking out for free."

You can hear the neighborhood dogs and other apartments’ tenants during your stay, but that can’t be helped. As long as you can sleep with a little noise, this place is a gem!
