Only thing was 4 people stayed and we seemed to run out of towels quickly.

"The best thing of this apartment is the proximity to the beach. It has all the commodities you might need for 2 people, you can even cook there."

The room was rather small and it's confusing how you need to take out the garbage, The bins do not work without a card, the owner didn't explain how to do it. I stayed there with my husband and there were 2 separate mattresses put together, and that was a bit uncomfortable. The owners could also add some beach equipment for their guests, like a chair, towels or something for the wind, since it can get really windy there.

"Our second stay at Mer can story. Fabulous location. Nice spacious rooms, small kitchen area so we could prepare breakfast and eat on our balcony. The staff are kind and helpful. During local power cut this property had a generator. We will choose this hotel again"

"I have stayed at this hotel for more than 3 nights, and I'm also a returning guest for the second time. I like Skyline hotel for it's isolated location. It is far from the more bustling areas in Saipan, like Garapan, but closer to the scenic tourist areas like the Banzai cliff monument and Bird island. I also like the management, they remember returning guests and are very accommodating to your needs."

"The stuff provided me with everything that I asked. It was a joyful stay."

There were many cars passing from that road making some noise. But I can't complain since the building is located in a Busy road.

Better cooking utensils and additional rubbish bags would be good.

"St John is a beautiful Island. This condo was clean, comfortable and enjoyed the balcony out back."

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

"Clean and safe stay! I didn’t ever feel uncomfortable walking to my destinations. Staff were amazing and the recommended drive was impeccable. Nothing fancy but all needed amenities existed, everything was clean and comfortable, great for 1, would be great for two….. anymore would be a lot! The host was responsive and accommodated all my questions and needs. Will 100% be back!! Thanks for the great trip!"

"Excellent stay, the host were attentive but at the same time they ensured privacy. The house is big, with a beautiful garden with the pool by the forest. Everything worked properly with all the things that u can have at home. We would love to be back on our next holiday in Lithuania. Thanks u"

"Very friendly and effective staff. Made me feel very much at home. The location has wonderful views, however, it is a little distance from the CBD which is problem if you're traveling for work. For a holiday a more flexible work schedule - this would not apply. The apartment itself, including Wi fi and all the facilities were excellent and well maintained."

The distance from the CBD was a problem for me, but not a game changer

"Room was great and spacious. We very much loved the bed, kitchen, bathroom, pool, and BBQ. We felt like we had almost our own private boutique suite and for most of the time exclusive use of pool, pool deck, upper balcony, and BBQ as others were off touring about. Met Steve the owner who was super friendly, helpful, shared some extras, and would highly recommend Beachwalk Residences."

the distance of the room to the parking which is not ideal for loading and unloading if it is raining specifically if you are rushing to catch flight. Maybe if a covered walkway will help.

Me and few other people staying in other rooms did not recieve info about code or room numbers, but hopefully the code message has been fixed by now :)

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"The room was beautiful, spacious, the bed was heavenly, and the bathroom was enornmous. The kitchen was outfitted nicely, and the amenities were perfect."

The dryer was a little loud, so someone may want to take a look at that.
