Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

Getting through the gate was hard the first time but easy after that. The chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on.

Some aspects could improve : tennis equipment available for their tennis court, towels a bit old , free shuttle bus instead of charging for it ( airport is very near) .

It was challenging to find the location and the entrance to the building because the entrance was not 'on the street' but was 'inside' a courtyard. The pictures that the agent sent were not that exact. It was also a challenge because I did not have mobile service so I couldn't use google maps. After I booked the apartment, I made a number of attempts over the course of at least two days to contact the rental company via their WhatsApp number to ascertain the exact address. It took, I believe, me threatening to give them a bad review to get them to respond. Finally, the agent told me that the site that I booked wouldn't be available for the days that I requested. If so, then why wasn't that apartment blocked for those days? When I finally was able to contact the rental company agent, she said that another, similar apartment, near the original one, was available. I agreed to switch. Upon arrival near that second address, the agent was available via mobile phone. Fortunately, I was with a friend who had mobile service and could call her otherwise I would have been walking around the block because the entrance, as I said above, was not 'on the street' but inside a courtyard. I suggest a picture from the outside of the entrance to the elevators and one of the 'guard' shack where you get the key to the apartment.

"Staff was beyond friendly! I also love how secure this place is both with the gates on the streets and gates at the residence. As a solo female I felt safer here than at my home. The amenities were outstanding. So much space in the rooms and everything I could ever need. The best stay of my entire trip. 10/10"

He helped arrange transportation and held my luggage before heading to the airport. The apartment was clean, had hot water (other Airbnb’s did not), and good AC. Kitchen was good for cooking basic breakfast with the provided daily eggs and baked goods. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay a short walk from the busy pier, you’ve found the perfect place."

I had no secure way to drop off the key at check-out, as the code to the box did not work, when I tried it this morning. It worked fine, at check-in. I left the key in the room, which I'd rather not have done.

You can hear the neighborhood dogs and other apartments’ tenants during your stay, but that can’t be helped. As long as you can sleep with a little noise, this place is a gem!

"My second time to stay at Adulo Apts. As with my first stay, staff are very friendly and helpful with information. There was a room mix up on our first night which quickly got resolved by the supervisor. The room was very clean, we found the beds to be comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. The pool was a bonus. It was no more than a 10 min walk to the main street where Rockley Beach, restaurants and the bus stop are located. We took the bus to Oistins, Holetown etc.. There are 2 restaurants right by Adulo - Shakers (reservations recommended) and Madison Landis Bistro. There are more restaurants along the main street including a mini mart. We took a taxi to and from the airport ($35 USD each way). Would stay here again."

The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"Very convenient location close to the airport. The hosts are genuinely lovely, super responsive, and always do their best to help with anything you need. The AC works well which is a thing in Solomon Islands. There is a laundry service available, and overall the place feels comfortable and easy."

It’s quite far from town, so not ideal if you want to go out or explore often. But if you prefer to stay near the airport, it’s a great choice.

in room 518 , the room that we had stayed , the master bedroom bathroom looks a bit run down especially the bathtub which as been chipped . this is the first hotel that i have stayed which does not provide shower caps which seems really weird as its a 5 star hotel
