"It was quiet and safe. Away from the bustle of the city. Excellent bird watching."

To get to anything for excursions or dinner took a little bit of time. Taxis and Ubers were more costly.

The fact that we had a smoking neighbor who made us stay inside to avoid the smoke drifting our way which is a pity since our room had a beautiful patio area

"Peace and nature. The place is beautiful, very calm and quiet. The room is simple but clean and confortable. We stayed one night and really liked it. Dinner and lunch is a bit expensive but it's well made. Breakfast with good products and decent variety. Recommend, the service was nice also."

Not too close to restaurants- but not too far.

"The location is fantastic - right on the beach. The accommodation had all the basic amenities. Felt safe with good security. We were able to meet our basic daily food needs such as bread (pao), fish and prawns through local traders visiting the lodge. Staff were always polite and friendly."

No internet connection because of a cyclone a few weeks earlier. Had to buy our own airtime. A portable fan in the living room would be great.

"I stayed in one of the domed tents next to the lake. Very comfortable. Food In restaurant excellent. Friendly staff."

Unfortunately a road is being built behind the property which will generate noise.

"It is a big camping site. Clean and beautiful chalets, good activities to do around. Staff and emergency number were prompt and helpful."

Heating water in shower/kitchen issue was there, delayed our departure. Salt and pepper were not there, more coffee/tea/sugar etc would be better.

"The staff are good. They can pick you up from airport, though in Niue you really had better rent a car! Kitchen had enough tools to cook with. Bathroom had all one needs. Walking distance from food, bank. You can befriend other guests, if you are lucky!"

Bring an outlet converter with USB ports, or you won't be able to recharge your phone and use the fan at the same time.

"Brand new and very clean location. Everyone has his own terrace - we have a wonderful view on the bay of Culebra. Very calm location. The beach towels provided by the location were just wonderful - I would love to find the same for me! Very reponsive team for our questions. We warmly recommend this place! Of course, you need a car / golf cart."

"Breakfast was good and dinner even better. The location was perfect and so were the mountain views from our rooms! Hospitality was excellent, the receptionists came with their car to escort us to the hotel and back outside near the police station. Both chefs/waiters assisted us by allowing us to use their mobile phones since we did not have any SIM cards to make calls. At dinner, we were given complimentary dessert and even complimentary delicious ice cream whilst waiting for our taxi."

A little far from where the meeting was, but it wasn't a problem

"Cozy, immaculate cottage with a great view. Fabulous hosts who were very accommodating. Great location in the middle of Castries and Rodney Bay. Short walk to the beach."

Construction work going on next door but that was not the owners fault.

"This is a really unique space that is surrounded by hills and lush green scape, not to mention the birds. The pool is great on a really hot day or after going on a short hike around the property. The rooms are spacious and unique in themselves. The daily Dinners here are exceptionally delicious that I highly recommend."

the property is a bit off the beaten path. you’ll need to have your own transportation to get here. However, that is part of the charm.

"The room was more better than we expected. It was clean and very back to basic as we wanted. When you walk out you are straight in the outdoors where you can go on a walking safari or hike to the execution rock as we did, what was stunning!"

The restaurant only offered buffet dinners and breakfast during our stay. We weren't that hungry and felt forced to eat there which was a bit disappointing.

"It’s like a little jungle paradise! The staff are really nice and will help you with everything. The room was suuuuper clean."

You only have two breakfast options, and it gets a bit repetitive if you stay more than two nights. You need to rent a motorbike or use pick up apps because you can’t go anywhere walking because it’s in the middle of nowhere.

"Such a wonderful place. Very much off the beaten path. What I appreciated the most was that there are only a few cabins so there aren’t lots of people making noise and milling about. It’s quiet and cozy and mostly secluded."

Showering was a bit tough because you have to hold it. Would be nice if it was hanging up instead.
