"The host was extremely helpful and courteous. Property amenities were a welcomed bonus (kayak, stand-up paddle boards, etc.). I would most certainly stay here again!"

One day I heard construction in a neighboring unit. But it didn't last long and wasn't an issue.

"A lovely island of peace and tranquility in an otherwise busy Moroni. If it’s available on your dates, you’re in luck—don’t hesitate. This is by far the best you can get in this price category in the area. It’s a family-run guesthouse, and the owners do a great job maintaining a high standard, with uninterrupted water, electricity, and internet, which is not a given on the island. The décor is very attractive, especially in the restaurant area—you’ll be amazed."

Not their fault, but the internet on Palau is a bit weak - couldn't download my merlin app (same thing everywhere - not just at Ngermid Oasis).

The amenities were outstanding. So much space in the rooms and everything I could ever need. The best stay of my entire trip. 10/10"

"The view was exceptional. Every room had great view to the lake and the mtn Remarkable. All rooms were spacious. The kitchen was modern and functioned well. Very clean. The beds were very co.fortable. The whole unit felt very relaxing. Also, the staff's communication was great."

The garage was quite tight, and the driveway had quite a steep slope. The sound proof of floor was not great, footstep sound on the upper floor living room can be heard from the lower floor bedrooms.

"I loved how clean and well kept the house was, when I arrived the room smelled amazing and there were a couple snacks for me to snack on while i made myself comfortable in my room. Demi and her husband were quite nice and helpful during my entire stay, i was even offered rides to go to my destinations, which was beyond helpful."

"Owner always answered the phone. Wife met us there and they helped the taxi find the place. They provided key and gave a tour of the apartment. Quiet location. There are a couple of shops close by and is a walking distance to main road to take taxis"

Master bathroom shower was very hard to get to. Not their fault just how it was built.

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

"The facilities are secure and exceptionally clean with a private entrance to own accommodation. Parking is available and there is a lovely garden to relax in. Lolo and Simba communicated very well from when we booked till we settled in and checked if we were comfortable with our stay. Thumbs up to Shepherd the facilitator, he is quite a hospitable gentleman."

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"The reception was open late and they held our bags when we arrived early and they were getting ready for our early check in."

The room fan was broken and very loud and the toilet made more noise than it should.

"Great location in a quiet side street in downtown Piestany. Alena the receptionist was very accommodating allowing me early checkin. Quiet, big room, super comfortable, big single beds with wonderful linens. Room had a kettle, microwave, mini fridge and basic dish & glassware. Bathroom bright and new."

"This was our second stay at this accommodation. We returned to the accommodation after having stayed in another city, because we liked it very much: Five star experience at Seoul. There were stairs to our room. We had to carry a heavy piece of luggage up to the room - would not recommend. The floors are made of wood planks that are not sealed. There is definitely opportunity for critters to enter throught the floor boards. Nothing happened for us, but there is this potential.

"The size of the apartment is great. The location between Baie des citrons and Anse Vata is excellent. The snorkelling across the road at Baie des Citrons is excellent, and the aquarium nearby is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and it is a short drive (or medium walk) to get to a supermarket."

The weather was hot and there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was hard to keep the apartment cool and the air conditioners struggled to keep up. The apartment itself is starting to be quite dated. When it was windy outside the balcony doors had a noisy whistle that was disruptive.

"We stayed here before and after our trip to Legoland. Host was very kind and helpful. Easy check-in and checkout. Private parking space. Studio Apartament was cozy. Some books and games available. Also a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules , and tea as well. There are some really good bakeries nearby, ideal for breakfast and sweets."

Cleaning was done only on surface (superficial). Studio appartment is rather small. Quite expensive for what it offers

The place was spotless, and everything was even cleaner and nicer than I expected. I also really appreciated how they checked in on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The only funny part was the roosters—they made it their mission to wake me up every morning! But honestly, it just became part of the experience, and it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. I’d definitely go back again! It was a delightful stay!"

"My second time to stay at Adulo Apts. As with my first stay, staff are very friendly and helpful with information. There was a room mix up on our first night which quickly got resolved by the supervisor. The room was very clean, we found the beds to be comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. The pool was a bonus. It was no more than a 10 min walk to the main street where Rockley Beach, restaurants and the bus stop are located. We took the bus to Oistins, Holetown etc.. There are 2 restaurants right by Adulo - Shakers (reservations recommended) and Madison Landis Bistro. There are more restaurants along the main street including a mini mart. We took a taxi to and from the airport ($35 USD each way). Would stay here again."

The only thing is that you will need to store your luggage in a chained hostel with 10min. Anyway, that road is flat and beautiful so enjoyed the walk too :)

"The location is great, lift, numerous cafe, shop, parking all are close to hotel. The apartment is rather spacious. The room was very warm, which is not always the case on Andora."

Only two minor things. We stayed ad couple, and there was room with two beds, but beds a slide over floor from minor movements, so you can't sleep together. The show hangs, a bit used. So you need to keep shoower in your hands if you use max water pressure.

"Our hosts Svetlana and Aleksander were flexible with the timing, very friendly, explained everything, checked us in and out. The apartment looks spotless, is a new building, with elevator, very clean, very modern. Underground parking was a plus, very safe. It is a few hundred meters from the city centre, more quiet, with parks and green trees around. Really loved the place and our morning coffee on the balcony. We had a kitchenette and all was spotless."
