"I loved how clean and well kept the house was, when I arrived the room smelled amazing and there were a couple snacks for me to snack on while i made myself comfortable in my room. Demi and her husband were quite nice and helpful during my entire stay, i was even offered rides to go to my destinations, which was beyond helpful."

"Shanti and her family are possibly the kindest, sweeting hosts I have ever met. They cared so much, always pleasant and surprising us with a fresh coconut or a little Sri Lankan dessert treat. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and Shanti and family always eager to clean it for our benefit. The hot shower was wonderful, and the little balcony for morning meditation. With a moto (cheap), everything was easily accessible - beaches in five minutes, Grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. The place felt 100% safe, with a locking gate at night. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you!"

There is a hotel down the street that plays music all night on Sundays. It was not our wonderful hosts' fault, but still annoying.

- Has only one hair dryer in one room (master room) - It’s a limited and not very varied breakfast.

"Perfectly placed, near the brewery-restaurant and the castle, it offered comfortable, clean and home-like accommodations, right down to a friendly orange kitty, who played with us while we watched the sunset from a comfortable chair in the quiet back yard. Our host was attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!"

It would be nice to have some more simple kitchen utensils (for coffee making and e.c.). Booking.com misslead location of house. So on arrival it is better to enter address directly to the navigation app.

the beds had sheets only and the comforter blankets had no duvet covers. it felt uncomfortable to use them without any duvet covers.

Would have liked to have instructions on using the washer and dryer. The stovetop sensor kept beeping and needed a fuse reset. Parking was bit challenging on the steep lawn which needed to be mowed.

"That the owner responded to my phone call to let me know that the studio is not up for rent yet. By doing so, she saved me a trip to Bequia without à place to stay."

That Booking.com is proposing a property which is not available before April 2026. By doing so, I could have ended up on the island of Bequia on a Sunday night with nowhere to sleep.

The walk to the beach is about 3 football fields. Keep this in mind while you are packing for a beach day.

"We liked everything! This can not be described by words. One must come and see the exceptionally beautiful nature of Mariovo, this village Zovich and the nearby village Staravina. The accomodation offered everything we needed, the host Mitko, his wife and mother were very friendly and helpful, they make extraordinary food in their restaurant, all fresh and of high quality. We will be back again!"

"Very convenient location close to the airport. The hosts are genuinely lovely, super responsive, and always do their best to help with anything you need. The AC works well which is a thing in Solomon Islands. There is a laundry service available, and overall the place feels comfortable and easy."

It’s quite far from town, so not ideal if you want to go out or explore often. But if you prefer to stay near the airport, it’s a great choice.

"This is a very quiet, clean and confortable place one bloc from the national hospital. It is even possible to cook with private kitchenette with bridge and sink in the room. Room is fully equipped with tv and sitting space. Very good value."

"Clean and comfortable. We ended up with a 2 bedroom unit so did not have the apartment relating to the pictures. The communication was good, the place was quite nice and worked well for a quick overnight on our way through."

After we booked the one bedroom apartment and had confirmation for our 4 person family the host messaged to say the apartment was better for 2-3 people and they have a larger 2 bedroom/ 3 bed unit that may work better. I thought that was a nice complimentary gesture until they messaged to say it was going to be double the price. I replied that we would just stay in the original one bedroom (listing says up to 4 people) as our boys were happy to sleep on the hide-a-beds as per the listing description. She then confessed that actually the room we booked was not available, so then offered a much lower price to accommodate us. We still paid more than originally planned however it was later in the day and did not want to start a search over again. The place ended up fine, good value, was clean/ comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We just felt that the host should have been honest upfront rather than seeing if we would pay double first…

"“Rooms Jelena” was SUPER CLEAN and comfy. Stuff was pleasant and helpful. Room has everything that is needed (cups,plates,cutlery etc.), drinking (bottled) water, considering that water in Zrenjanin isn’t drinkable."

Will only recommend a small hairdryer in a toilet but everything else was perfect.
