There were stairs to our room. We had to carry a heavy piece of luggage up to the room - would not recommend. The floors are made of wood planks that are not sealed. There is definitely opportunity for critters to enter throught the floor boards. Nothing happened for us, but there is this potential.

"We loved our stay at the Black Pearl. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating; they checked in with us during our stay and offered recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was provided for our first morning, which was a lovely touch."

"This is a very quiet, clean and confortable place one bloc from the national hospital. It is even possible to cook with private kitchenette with bridge and sink in the room. Room is fully equipped with tv and sitting space. Very good value."

"Very comfortable three-bedroom house with excellent facilities - everything worked well (air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, hot water, wifi, Netflix on TV). Good location with easy street parking. Beautiful flowers in the yard. We even got to enjoy the neighbor's cat, who stopped by for frequent visits. Great place to relax!"

One day I heard construction in a neighboring unit. But it didn't last long and wasn't an issue.

"My second time to stay at Adulo Apts. As with my first stay, staff are very friendly and helpful with information. There was a room mix up on our first night which quickly got resolved by the supervisor. The room was very clean, we found the beds to be comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. The pool was a bonus. It was no more than a 10 min walk to the main street where Rockley Beach, restaurants and the bus stop are located. We took the bus to Oistins, Holetown etc.. There are 2 restaurants right by Adulo - Shakers (reservations recommended) and Madison Landis Bistro. There are more restaurants along the main street including a mini mart. We took a taxi to and from the airport ($35 USD each way). Would stay here again."

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

The neighborhood wasn't the most upscale, but it was generally safe and conveniently close to many popular attractions. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was frequently unreliable, so I had to rely on my mobile data.

"The house has 9 apartments. Mine was a studio on the lower part and facing the ocean sideways. I had a small terrasse. It was super quite, had a lovely view onto the ocean. The studio is spacious. the kitchenette is fair. It had a toaster, coffee maker and a microwave. The "oven and stove" were two hotplates and a small oven in one. It was ok. Did sort of the trick. Could not adjust heat. Took quite a while to heat up and operate it, wasnt that easy because the markings were a bit off already. In addition, i got an electric shock because something didnt work proberly. The shower was great, but make sure you shower on time, because there is not unlimited hot / warm water ... first day, there was none. i learned they only have a large tank. Otherwise the owners were super friendly, helpful, kind and tried to make everything work. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and found the location, the amenities, space and the apartment overall really nice and convenient."

The neigbourhood with dogs. Cannot take a walk for exercise and make the living inconvenient.

"We spent nearly five wonderful nights at this apartment and couldn't be happier with our stay. The host was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us choose the best hiking and biking trips in the area—being an active sports enthusiast himself, his tips were spot on for exploring Liechtenstein. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we loved that it was close to a store, making it easy to just walk over for groceries. There was ample parking, the kitchen was very well appointed, and we always had plenty of natural light. All in all, a perfect stay—definitely five stars!"

"The facilities are secure and exceptionally clean with a private entrance to own accommodation. Parking is available and there is a lovely garden to relax in. Lolo and Simba communicated very well from when we booked till we settled in and checked if we were comfortable with our stay. Thumbs up to Shepherd the facilitator, he is quite a hospitable gentleman."

Not their fault, but the internet on Palau is a bit weak - couldn't download my merlin app (same thing everywhere - not just at Ngermid Oasis).

"Дуже гарно що була машина для прання. В таку жару декілька разів прали одяг. Балкон в тихий двір те що треба. Вход по коду теж супер що не треба одні ключі ділити на двох. Якщоб ще можна було використовувати підземний паркінг за окрему плату булоб супер. А так невелика квартира зі всім що було треба. Можна ще раз відвідати. Парковка загальна біля дому,"

В останій день відкрили шафу зі стаканами, і були розбиті склянки,а це каже про те що ніхто іх не мив. Або прибиральниця розбила і залишила щоб списати з відпочіваючіх. Золог повернули нічого не списували бо синули фото як знайшли розбиті стакани. Не хватало шампуня та мила. Хитався унітаз.

The location is a bit remote.

"Great access via various public transportation. Lots of natural lights in the room and decent city/mountain view with solid curtains for evenings. Lightings are separated and controllable in each section of the room. Microwave, fridge and a kettle make your life easy. Minimum yet functional cutlery. Victoria Park is nearby and a great children’s playground is available!"

Hair dryer cannot be used in the bathroom. There’s no dish washing tools, detergent, or tea towels.

"A lovely island of peace and tranquility in an otherwise busy Moroni. If it’s available on your dates, you’re in luck—don’t hesitate. This is by far the best you can get in this price category in the area. It’s a family-run guesthouse, and the owners do a great job maintaining a high standard, with uninterrupted water, electricity, and internet, which is not a given on the island. The décor is very attractive, especially in the restaurant area—you’ll be amazed."

"The villa is super big, clean, very well equiped, with pool, ping pong, and jacuzzi. Amazing view from bosnia to crostia. The owner live next door but respect privacy and were absolutely ok with us making "as much noise as we want". The price is more than ok for big groups, even for students. They did not charge us for late check out, despite we did not succeed to wake up on time. Thank you so much"

Nothing (you need to cross the border checkpoints to go to dubrovnik, but this never took more than 10 minutes of waiting)
