"Really glad I came across Residence Agbebivi. I needed a place close to the Togo-Benin border and this place in Aneho is perfect. The air conditioning was nice, spacious room, even had a living room, and a restaurant on site which I had for dinner. Easy to find as it's right off the main N2 road. The owner/manager Anthony greeted me at the entrance and was so helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend!"

"Breakfast was more than we expected. The range of cereals, fruit, juices, teas, bread for toast, milk etc was more than we anticipated. The fruit was wonderfully fresh and delicious. There was certainly plenty for all tastes. the location of the breakfast food was easy to access, with a great choice of where to sit and eat both under cover outside or within the dining room."

The road to access the property, it’s a bit isolate.

"The location was excellent - a few minutes' walk to a very nice, sandy beach that was great for kids (shallow, sandy, calm). There was a restaurant (adjacent property) on the beach, the food was so-so, but it was a great location. The unit was clean, reasonably stocked with what we needed, beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms, two showers. We used the outdoor patio for several meals. The hose by the door to clean our feet. Several nice restaurants a short drive away (Italian was good). Parking was easy. We did a boat/snorkel outing one morning (Nemoz, Ben and Tony were great) and they picked us up right on the dock at the beach. The snorkeling was quite nice. Kayak and other rentals right at the beach."

Only air conditioned in two of the bedrooms. The loft area was blazing hot and there are no windows in the loft that can be opened to create some ventilation (e.g., at night with the provided fan). A portable AC unit or something is needed to cool off this space. The roof leaked, but this was a minor issue. There were no coffee pods or dishwasher pods in the unit, we had to go buy some from the front desk. We checked in slightly after 5pm (lock box), so when we got up in the morning - no coffee! The front desk did not open until 8am? Seriously, we paid a fair amount for the rental and it's ridiculous that 4 or 6 coffee pods (3 bedroom unit) could not have been provided to start with - buy more as needed. Same for the dishwasher (provide one or two pods).

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue maravillosa. Está ubicado justo frente a la playa, lo que me permitió disfrutar de amaneceres y atardeceres espectaculares sin tener que moverme demasiado. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y desconectar. La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar y volvería sin pensarlo."

"Excellent stay, the host were attentive but at the same time they ensured privacy. The house is big, with a beautiful garden with the pool by the forest. Everything worked properly with all the things that u can have at home. We would love to be back on our next holiday in Lithuania. Thanks u"

"The host picked me up at the store and the store is only a five minute walk her place is off the main highway so you just have to stand on the side of the road to catch a bus was a comfortable little cabin for your own"

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.
