"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bertos Lodge. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel so welcome — incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and we slept incredibly well. What really made our stay special was the owner going the extra mile by helping us plan an itinerary for things to do in the area. Thanks to that, we had an amazing time and truly made the most of our visit. We can highly recommend Bertos Lodge and would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful location with a very nice room layout and facilities."

Room was exceptionally warm and hard to moderate the temperature. We eventually asked for the floor heating to be turned off completely and then opened all the windows and doors for over an hour to bring the temperature back down to a suitable value.

"Incredibly unique accommodation and stunning property. The surrounding tea planation provided amazing nature walks and a cool tea tasting and factory tour. The manor was one of the most unique and beautiful places I've ever stayed. We had the whole place to ourselves!"

"Location is good but not excellent,lots of light around it’s impossible to take pictures of Milky Way. Not so clean but with this price, you can’t ask more. The host provides free pickup and drop off services from tourist centers and 1918 train stations."

"Ms Maria who runs the place and makes the breakfast is absolutely a lovely person. All the team members who work there have been very kind to us. The bed was comfortable and the view of our veranda was precious."

It was quite difficult to find the exact place - you need to make a call to understand exactly where they are located. The parking at some specific hours had been complicated in that area. The room was quite small and there were literally only two plugs in the whole bedroom and bathroom for one to charge any devices (one was connected with the TV and the other one with the fridge).

"An amazing location. Friendly, helpful staff and tasty home cooked Moroccan food. It was a perfect place to relax at the end of a holiday touring around Morocco. It's also only half an hour from Agadir airport, so easy to travel to and from. I will definitely return next time I travel to Morocco."

"The mountains scenery and the serenity of the place make Le massif de Laqlouq an ideal getaway. During our stay, we felt we are well taken care of; the staff was constantly checking upon us and assisting us with any request."

"Rosita, the innkeeper, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. She is a wonderful hostess. The inn is in a quiet location, close to the beach. The room came with a kitchenette."

"Room well decorated, staff hospitality was awesome as the owner offered herself to drive us to the local restaurant in the first day because we had no car that day. The pool area is very nice, breakfast was ok and the place is very calm."

Ms. Allissya (I assume one of the owners) wasn't too friendly and even rude at times which made our stay uncomfortable at times. All the other employees were very friendly. Also, the shower in our cottage wasn't working properly.

"The room was comfortable, and discreet. Felt like a little retreat once you got inside and closed the door. Plenty of food and restaurant options very close by with busy stops about 5 mins away. All in all a great room for seeing the city on your own time. The host also is very prompt with communication and even helped me with some trouble of a left behind item!!"

"Can't say even great things about this stay... we are soo happy we chose here. Everything from the room to environment to location was excellent. But especially the staff communication and coordination of park guides and transportation. It really exceeded our expectations."

"The view: wow. Believe me when I say it’s even more stunning in person than in the photos. The pictures don’t do it justice at all. It’s that breathtaking. The room was cozy, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and the location had a nice, peaceful vibe. It was a great and fun stay overall."

The only small downsides: the room could really use a mini fridge to keep water cold during the summer, and a full-length mirror would be a great addition. But aside from that, everything was fantastic.
