As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"The location is great, lift, numerous cafe, shop, parking all are close to hotel. The apartment is rather spacious. The room was very warm, which is not always the case on Andora."

Only two minor things. We stayed ad couple, and there was room with two beds, but beds a slide over floor from minor movements, so you can't sleep together. The show hangs, a bit used. So you need to keep shoower in your hands if you use max water pressure.

"The apartment is very spacious and clean, it's very central and very near to Plaza Murillo. But what I like best above all is the kindness of Mariana and Roberto since I arrived until I departed. They are very helpful and makes me feel like I'm home. Definitely would recommend to everyone coming to La Paz!"

Had to buy most necessities (hand soap, tissue, trash bags), but store was in walking distance. AC was blowing out ice and dripping in the kitchen possibly from condensation.

"My second time to stay at Adulo Apts. As with my first stay, staff are very friendly and helpful with information. There was a room mix up on our first night which quickly got resolved by the supervisor. The room was very clean, we found the beds to be comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. The pool was a bonus. It was no more than a 10 min walk to the main street where Rockley Beach, restaurants and the bus stop are located. We took the bus to Oistins, Holetown etc.. There are 2 restaurants right by Adulo - Shakers (reservations recommended) and Madison Landis Bistro. There are more restaurants along the main street including a mini mart. We took a taxi to and from the airport ($35 USD each way). Would stay here again."

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"The villa is super big, clean, very well equiped, with pool, ping pong, and jacuzzi. Amazing view from bosnia to crostia. The owner live next door but respect privacy and were absolutely ok with us making "as much noise as we want". The price is more than ok for big groups, even for students. They did not charge us for late check out, despite we did not succeed to wake up on time. Thank you so much"

One day I heard construction in a neighboring unit. But it didn't last long and wasn't an issue.

"Staff was beyond friendly! I also love how secure this place is both with the gates on the streets and gates at the residence. As a solo female I felt safer here than at my home. The amenities were outstanding. So much space in the rooms and everything I could ever need. The best stay of my entire trip. 10/10"

Literally nothing. I have zero complaints except I wish I had gotten to stay here longer!

"Дуже гарно що була машина для прання. В таку жару декілька разів прали одяг. Балкон в тихий двір те що треба. Вход по коду теж супер що не треба одні ключі ділити на двох. Якщоб ще можна було використовувати підземний паркінг за окрему плату булоб супер. А так невелика квартира зі всім що було треба. Можна ще раз відвідати. Парковка загальна біля дому,"

В останій день відкрили шафу зі стаканами, і були розбиті склянки,а це каже про те що ніхто іх не мив. Або прибиральниця розбила і залишила щоб списати з відпочіваючіх. Золог повернули нічого не списували бо синули фото як знайшли розбиті стакани. Не хватало шампуня та мила. Хитався унітаз.

sitting on the balcony you look in the eyes of neighbours in the opposite balcony. ;) minor issue if neighbours are are pretty. All good.

The cooker didn't work

"The reception was open late and they held our bags when we arrived early and they were getting ready for our early check in."

The room fan was broken and very loud and the toilet made more noise than it should.
