"Incredible location near the beach and close to the shop. Beautiful large garden and extremely well equipped kitchen. And we loved the cat and the dogs and chickens in the garden. Lots of towels were a real luxury. Lovely comfy beds 😀 and very handy having the top loading washing machine. It felt like a home rather than just a holiday place and was much bigger than we expected from the photos and description on Booking.com"

A sign to the villa would have been really helpful and check in instructions before arriving. The safe didn't work and It needs a lock on the bathroom door please 🙂 Wifi and air con would be amazing, we appreciate its expensive and wifi is elusive on the island. Maybe more fans would help in the absence of air con . The TV didn't work unfortunately even on one channel. A paddle board would have been incredible!

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that I left clothing behind as I rushed out the door, and the host could not be more accommodating to help return my favorite shorts. It was rather basic and the water pressure was low so that at certain times I was unable to shower.

The toilet tank was not filling with water, we had to fill it manually each time The shower's water was pretty hot and it couldn't be lowered

there is no sidewalk to reach the center of the village by foot.

"Excellent location very near the harbour in a quieter street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Love the rooftop terrace with a view of the harbour. The bedroom, living room, kitchen were all well furnished and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and welcoming, checkin in checkout was quick and easy via the lockbox. We just parked in the big public parking area one street away so we didn't have to figure out whether street parking was allowed."

As described clearly by the property, there is a narrow spiral stairs you have to navigate to go from one room to another - starting from kitchen at ground level, up to the living room on first level, up to the bedroom and up to the rooftop terrace. So we had to plan carefully what we needed to get else it would have been a real workout. So, may not be so convenient for people with mobility issues.

"Marites and Belal are excellent hosts. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. The house is situated just off Broadway with easy access to the town center, sites, and shopping. On my next trip Tinian, I will definitely check with Tinian Island Haven for availability."

"Perfect, beautiful, quiet and picturesque location. The cabin is equipped with any thing you’ll ever need for a stay. Kitchen is set for cooking or grilling. Outdoors area is so inviting! We didn’t want to leave and we’re definitely coming back!"

"We only have one word to sum it up: Everything. We liked everything. The hosts (good job building a quiet and welcoming oasis), the house (it has everything you need and it brings you back to the roots), the way we spent our evenings on the porch, the way we had our coffee in the morning in front of the house under the tree, the way the sunset looks if you take a walk around the back of the house and so much more. Just go there! P.S. Nice dog they have!"

That we didn't book the house for a longer period. But we'll do that in the future, for sure.

"The location near La Paz Waterfall Gardens and Poas Volcano was perfect. The cabin was modern with anything and everything you would want in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of comforters and blankets and pillows (high grade). No air conditioning is needed. It gets very cool at night you actually need to use the space heater provided. The shower has great water good water pressure and hot water. We were provided with a very delicious breakfast each morning brought to our cabin. The cabin was an excellent stay and a great value. The owner despite being out of town meeting a new grandchild communicated with us several times whenever we had questions and gave us great recommendations on places to eat that made our stay extra special."
