"For the price they offer, the facilities are good. As a woman, I also feel safe there as they come with syariah concept. The breakfast was good enough. Not luxurious but proper with the price. Location is superb."

The hotel interior (especially the wall paint) may need some touch up, TV was not working well while we were there. Need little work there.

bathroom was little cold and fans are bit old, breakfast a bit limited for this price range. not so many options of shops and restaurants near by.

The escalator was out of order.

"We had a very pleasant stay. The reception team was outstanding: Mesut welcomed us with tea, explained everything in detail, helped arrange transfers, and suggested several itineraries (always in a non-intrusive way). He speaks excellent English. Enes, was equally attentive and efficient, quickly resolving any issues (TV, hairdryer, etc.) and always checking that everything was fine. The housekeeping staff were consistently warm and friendly, and kept the room very clean without ever disturbing us. At breakfast, the lady was very kind and did her best to accommodate all our requests. The hotel is very peaceful, with a fantastic view and location, and is well suited for families with children."

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

All is well

"Pool was very nice and the beach was beautiful. The guys on the water sports section would bring out an umbrella for you and set it up which was great. They also had good entertainment every day. Mostly music at night, but also a fire show which was fun."

Service at the restaurant was really slow. The staff was very nice, but it took forever to get a drink or food. Also, there was no where to easily get coffee in the morning. If they had a little coffee shop area, that would really be a great addition. Walking into town was complicated by the 2 giant sandals resorts next door, so the roads all looped around those, but we did find we could walk down the beach to get to the Dover market and restaurants there pretty quickly.

"Everything. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Really liked that it’s not a busy main road but close to the old city centre. The suite was a mini apartment. Gorgeous high ceilings and layout. The staff were friendly and polite. Always greeting you. It’s quiet and charming."

slow evening dinner service in restaurant; dated furnishings/decor in units; units with kitchen facilities should include a table and chairs inside the unit; uppermost level units are only accessible via narrow sharply rising twisted pathways full of potholes and broken pavement (and no guard rails of any kind) making them dangerous for driving and quite scary for folks with mobility challenges.

The Pullman is getting ever more expensive and the quality of services is not reflected in the price. Also I had to shorten my trip and changing my booking was a challenge.

We hosted a private dinner for my husband's birthday for 40+ guests and the service, food, set up, ambiance and every last detail was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to help manage last minute requests (flowers, placecards, etc.!). They did everything with a wonderful attitude and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel both for a stay or for hosting a special event. I would definitely go back."

Our three bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay. Cleaned everyday by super friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was great. Fresh baguette on tap! Make sure you get an ocean view room for the daily sunsets!"

They didn’t offer any free toiletries except for glasses and shower gels, like toothpaste, cotton swab, shower cap, etc.

"The space was lovely (first floor room with street view), the street pretty quiet. Room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. The location was excellent - we were able to walk to many, many places conveniently. Train stops are close by as well as pubs and shops. Highly recommend!"

As we were on the ground floor, next to the stairs, we did hear a bit of noise from upstairs neighbors and their coming and going, as well as folks walking the sidewalk outside, but truly not a deal-breaker.

"Nice property with plenty of area to hang out. Great breakfast. Service was good and hotel was accommodating. While private party was happening until 4am, hotel had moved us to opposite side of the hotel. Sounds from the party were minimal and not an issue!"

Could use some minor upkeep in the external area but the place is in good shape overall
