"St John is a beautiful Island. This condo was clean, comfortable and enjoyed the balcony out back."

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

the distance of the room to the parking which is not ideal for loading and unloading if it is raining specifically if you are rushing to catch flight. Maybe if a covered walkway will help.

"Just like having your very own apartment. Large, clean and spacious with good HVAC and a kind, friendly hopeful staff. So full of smiles and good information. I really loved my stay here, and would gladly come back again."

Only thing was 4 people stayed and we seemed to run out of towels quickly.

"Great option if you want to stay a little outside of the main hub - it's quiet and the location is beautiful, but I highly recommend having a car to get around. The room was spacious and it was nice to have access to the kitchen and common area. The bathroom is shared but it was never an issue. The sauna was in a separate building but so nice at the end of a day. The breakfast is served at the main cafe in town - it's plentiful and tasty, just keep in mind that you either need to drive there or arrange the shuttle."

Would be be nice to have extra towels for the sauna.

The road to access the property, it’s a bit isolate.

"It was sparse, but very clean. It is a cinder block building so sounds didn’t carry from other rooms or floors."

There was no trash can in the bathroom.

not the properties fault but there was a party across the street that went til 11:00 or 11:30. this would have been fine except they kept the incredibly loud music playing until 1:30 in the morning as they cleaned up.

"Our second stay at Mer can story. Fabulous location. Nice spacious rooms, small kitchen area so we could prepare breakfast and eat on our balcony. The staff are kind and helpful. During local power cut this property had a generator. We will choose this hotel again"

Everything was good

"Room was great and spacious. We very much loved the bed, kitchen, bathroom, pool, and BBQ. We felt like we had almost our own private boutique suite and for most of the time exclusive use of pool, pool deck, upper balcony, and BBQ as others were off touring about. Met Steve the owner who was super friendly, helpful, shared some extras, and would highly recommend Beachwalk Residences."

"They have ample parking spaces. Although during our stay it was snowing, they always took care of the driveway and parking spaces. The host was very friendly and helpful."

WiFi is only available in the lobby. While this is stated in advance I do consider that in 2026 there is little reason not to buy a couple of additional access points to cover the rooms. This was particularly annoying since our room did not have proper cell signal so we couldn’t use the data plan either. There is a sauna place which is great, and it functions with prior 1 hour slot booking. But there are no sufficient notices on the door and no keys. So either keep the sauna open for everyone, or get some sort of key in place. It’s not comfortable asking other people who enter to go away because you booked the sauna.

There was certainly plenty for all tastes. the location of the breakfast food was easy to access, with a great choice of where to sit and eat both under cover outside or within the dining room."

"I enjoy staying here for weekend escapes from Muscat. Very good value and wonderfully situated for excellent restaurants. Sur Sea Restaurant (about 100m away) serves some of the best South Asian food I’ve tasted. Highly recommended."

"Really glad I came across Residence Agbebivi. I needed a place close to the Togo-Benin border and this place in Aneho is perfect. The air conditioning was nice, spacious room, even had a living room, and a restaurant on site which I had for dinner. Easy to find as it's right off the main N2 road. The owner/manager Anthony greeted me at the entrance and was so helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend!"

"Everything was wonderful. The apartment was very clean, and the air was filled with the scent of perfumes and diffusers. There was air purifier, and the owner provided plenty of free water, soft drinks, and snacks. The apartment was fully equipped, connected to the mall, and had its own parking space. It's one of the best options for families. Special thanks to the owner for his warm welcome and hospitality."

"Beautiful original palace from 19th Century, surrounded by an old park and overlooking the lake. The views are stunning. Very good breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. We also like an allowance for the Aqua Park. Getting there was easy and the hotel has a spacious parking lot."

I'd expect to have a small tea / coffee station at the room.

"The location is close to the subway and JR train, an near a supermarket. We stayed for 5 nights and someone came to clean the bathrooms and living room area mid-way through our stay which was fantastic. But best of all, the owner Mamo-san was exceptional. My brother’s baby who was traveling with us assisted them to the clinic and even finding medicine. Even after we checked out and found we left something, he was willing to have it shipped to us. He went above and beyond. I was going to give a perfect score just for the place itself but if i could give more for the service, I would!"
