Apartments in the Philippines

"Perfectly located in the small town of Matmata. The room was big with two bedrooms and a lounge. It had a restaurant but didn’t serve alcohol. We could park the car off the road. It was inexpensive so we didn’t expect much, but were pleasantly surprised."

The room was a bit cold (it was January) but the owner went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. There wasn’t much to dislike

"It was our home away from Home. Beautiful property and the host was an angel! She helped every way she possible!"

The only downside was that taxi’s had trouble finding the location because it’s hard to see the palm view sign at night. So a lot of times drivers would drive past.

"Perfectly placed, near the brewery-restaurant and the castle, it offered comfortable, clean and home-like accommodations, right down to a friendly orange kitty, who played with us while we watched the sunset from a comfortable chair in the quiet back yard. Our host was attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"The apartment has great location, view and the interior is simply amazing. We had very nice and cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and functional. The views are spectacular (we caught even a bit of Northern Lights). A great value for money when travelling in Greenland! And the host was super nice, arranged a boat trip for us the next day, taking care of all logistical details."

The walk to the beach is about 3 football fields. Keep this in mind while you are packing for a beach day.

no signboard outside the building to locate it; 2ndly only 2 pillows were there on a large double bed, so I will suggest to add 2 more to it.

"Lots of thoughtful amenities, sweet treats and delicious coffee. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. We would definitely book again."

Not enough time to enjoy more.

Had a little trouble finding it, on the address pin provided and booking.com. Need to specify house number. Once found just to relay to e-hailing then 👍👍

Far from restaurants and shopping - need a rental car

"The room is nice and clean. (Four bedrooms with kitchen and living areas). The staffs are friendly and have service minded."

- Has only one hair dryer in one room (master room) - It’s a limited and not very varied breakfast.

"Everything about the apartment was excellent. Very clean and everything you need for your stay. We were picked from the airport and delivered right to the door, about a 1 minute drive. It's very close to the main street."

The only thing that wasn't there, and this had nothing to do wth the owner/manager of the property, was the TV didn't have closed captions, except for the ABC. The manager came to look at this but there was nothing he could do about it. They are going to check with whatever authority is responsible for broadcasting closed captions.

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.

"Very nice place and very nice host. The place is close to Visitors center of Petra. The appartment is nicely furniture in quiet part of town. There was no problem with communication, the host was always available via whats app. We were delighted when the owner brought us delicious traditional dinner last evening, which was not included in the price. We would definitely use the services again in the future. Thank you again. I recommend :o)"

The shower has a very weak pressure. But this is problem is in most hotels and accommodation facilities. A possible problem could be in the summer time when it is hot that the air conditioning is only in the master bedroom.

"Property was ideally located for our purposes as we had to access the center of town daily which was about a 10min drive away. The decor was simple and nice providing a lot of space."

Size of the beds were not ideal for our purposes. There road accessing the property is a bit bumpy but this is only about a 2 min drive from the main street.
