The downstairs bedroom bathroom faucet was a bit too short for that clear sink. And the bedroom didn't have a TV 😭

Good location

"My stay was great. We got lost due to not having data connectivity in Malawi. Mercy went out of her way after I called her to meet us and pick us up and guide us to the location."

"The view was exceptional. Every room had great view to the lake and the mtn Remarkable. All rooms were spacious. The kitchen was modern and functioned well. Very clean. The beds were very co.fortable. The whole unit felt very relaxing. Also, the staff's communication was great."

The garage was quite tight, and the driveway had quite a steep slope. The sound proof of floor was not great, footstep sound on the upper floor living room can be heard from the lower floor bedrooms.

"This studio apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. It was good to have a mini kitchen, large tv screen (with Netflix!) and lift. The highlight was the fantastic view of the city at night. One of the hosts (Charles) spoke English which was helpful. They organised airport transfers for me (for a fee). Daily cleaning was included. The location is in Plateau, which is near the Pyramid. It is very quiet and empty on Sundays there."

The amenities list included a washing machine and coffee maker, neither of which were there. To his credit, Charles offered to do my washing for free and attempted to get a coffee machine for me to use (I ended up using my own strainer though). I recommend the amenities list is updated to be accurate.

"It’s the most beautiful view front of the beach, very comfortable, has all the family need to relaxing and enjoy the vacations. I’ll be back soon."

Nothing everything is good

The food. Aside from the breakfast, the food options weren’t so good. And they were quite expensive.

"It was great to stay here on my way from Semonkong to Maseru. It was great to be able to recharge my batteries. Also, the cottage is in a beautiful setting and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Such a great place to stay. If I pass by the area again, I will definitely stay here again."

"It was like having your own home for a week, which was good. A microwave oven was not supplied, but this may have been because it needed replacing. The owner responded to our request for assistance very promptly, on the one occasion we reported a problem."

"I loved how clean and well kept the house was, when I arrived the room smelled amazing and there were a couple snacks for me to snack on while i made myself comfortable in my room. Demi and her husband were quite nice and helpful during my entire stay, i was even offered rides to go to my destinations, which was beyond helpful."

"The size of the apartment is great. The location between Baie des citrons and Anse Vata is excellent. The snorkelling across the road at Baie des Citrons is excellent, and the aquarium nearby is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and it is a short drive (or medium walk) to get to a supermarket."

The weather was hot and there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was hard to keep the apartment cool and the air conditioners struggled to keep up. The apartment itself is starting to be quite dated. When it was windy outside the balcony doors had a noisy whistle that was disruptive.

"Most everything. Very good location and we enjoyed our stay so much, we would love to go back next year for a months stay."

Getting through the gate was hard the first time but easy after that. The chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on.

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

Nothing to dislike about my stay.

"Our hosts Svetlana and Aleksander were flexible with the timing, very friendly, explained everything, checked us in and out. The apartment looks spotless, is a new building, with elevator, very clean, very modern. Underground parking was a plus, very safe. It is a few hundred meters from the city centre, more quiet, with parks and green trees around. Really loved the place and our morning coffee on the balcony. We had a kitchenette and all was spotless."

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"This is a very quiet, clean and confortable place one bloc from the national hospital. It is even possible to cook with private kitchenette with bridge and sink in the room. Room is fully equipped with tv and sitting space. Very good value."

"Everything was excellent, my room was super clean, each and every thing were new and perfect. it was close to the touristic areas. If I want to visit Dushanbe, for sure I'll choose Sunrise. Thank you."

Cutlery can be upgraded due to damage by dishwasher. Other than that, everything was perfect. We do not have any other complaints.

The neighborhood wasn't the most upscale, but it was generally safe and conveniently close to many popular attractions. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was frequently unreliable, so I had to rely on my mobile data.

"This was our second stay at this accommodation. We returned to the accommodation after having stayed in another city, because we liked it very much: Five star experience at Seoul. The staffs were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The accommodation matched the description and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely come back."

"Very convenient location close to the airport. The hosts are genuinely lovely, super responsive, and always do their best to help with anything you need. The AC works well which is a thing in Solomon Islands. There is a laundry service available, and overall the place feels comfortable and easy."

It’s quite far from town, so not ideal if you want to go out or explore often. But if you prefer to stay near the airport, it’s a great choice.

"The location is wonderful, near to beaches, food, grocery. The atmosphere is very relaxing, greenery all around and beautiful view of the sea. Miss Juliet was a gracious, and very pleasant host. She was at the apartment to welcome us and show us the apartment. We stayed in the studio and it is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. A small family can stay there. We were impressed with the welcome fruits, bananas, mangoes, pineapples & watermelon. There was water & orange juice. Actually we did not want to leave!"

We loved everything.
