"The apartment was very large and well equipped, other than being absolutely spotless. We bought food from the nearby village and cooked a good meal and enjoyed a cozy, although short, sleep. It was a truly comfortable stay and the owners were so kind as to call a taxi for us for the next day as we had a very early flight. This is just what we needed and eagerly looked forward after an entire week sleeping in a van!"

"We recently stayed at Eystri-Solheimar for 3 nights. The host Einar and his staff were extremely helpful, attentive, the room was very clean and spaceious, very quiet. The breakfast/coffee was nice. We would stay there again next time if we go. Btw, he can speak Chinese! We wish that we could have seen the northern lights, but that's not Einar's fault, he then sent me some spectacular pictures from his phone as a compensation. :)"
