It is on the 2nd floor, and no lift, luckily i didnt bring heavy lugage.. also the staff service is amazing they offer to help to bring the lugage.

"A Pleasant Surprise at Palm Garden! We booked Palm Garden without checking any reviews—only afterward did we take a look and feel a bit unsure. My husband even told me not to say anything about the booking, just to see how it was when we got there. But to our surprise, from the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. At the doorstep, we were greeted by Madu at reception, who welcomed us with the warmest smile—as if we had known her for years! 😊 Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful view. It was clear that the staff really care about maintaining a high standard."

"I stayed here after I had done a 12 day tour trough Mongolia. I just needed a room and shower for myself, since I didn’t have that for over a month (I was traveling elsewhere before the 12 day tour). I stayed 2 nights and the bed was super comfortable! The whole place is nice and clean and very close to a market where they sell everything for very cheap. It’s also an easy 20 minute walk from the central square. The lady was very nice and let me stay a bit longer on the day I had to check out, which was really helpful for me. Thanks again!"

"The room was even better than the hotel room I had from the festival I attended. Clean and fresh. The house was quite and the best thing is the owner so friendly, responding fast and so kind about the check in and out and keeping my luggae for some hours before my flight."

He really made the experience even better❤️❤️❤️. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless too. they have a professional cleaner everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was fully furnished, clean, and easy to use 👌👌. Most importantly, I had so much fun staying here. The atmosphere was great, and I felt comfortable the whole time. I just didn’t like the sand everywhere for example when I get out of the shower maybe adding some carpet so that our bed don’t get sandy but it wasn’t that big of a deal. So grateful I stayed at the Surfside

"Quiet spot that's a short walk to the harbor where Nuuk Water Taxi and the Arctic Umiaq line leave from. The host was very friendly and helpful with luggage storage. Small place with only 3 rooms and a shared kitchen."

Wasn't a problem for me but as a warning you must climb up a lot of stairs to get in.
